Switched over with ease and extreme professionalism and genuine help from Marwa - amazingly sweet and super knowledgeable, gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time and I’m very thankful. This place robbed me. Don't go here. They padded my bill. Just wanted a phone. They added extras without me knowing. Take an extra 5min, and go to sand lane. Just went there for my 2nd phone. Very nice guy. Fast service.

Terrible customer service, realized I had been getting over charged on my bill for a total of 3 months and they refused to take off what they overcharged until I called customer service. Don’t go here at all!!

Jonathan is very rude and a thief, we switched from T-Mobile to Metro and bought a SIM card from him but he charged her extra $43.53 for some cables she didn’t request. I came to speak to him and asked for a refund and he refused to refund her back ,I called the police and he invented a story to get rid off it. People, be careful when you come to this store, avoid it at all cost.

The retailer is very rude and he’s a thief,I just bought a new SIM card from them ($50 plan)it can be $64,but he charged me extra $32.66 for nothing,and ,he refused to refund me it back ,he was yelling at me when I asked him about it,guys be careful when you go to the store to buy something and make sure double check your receipt

Ported my number on sunday . As of monday the cell didn’t work . I went into this location at 645 monday night to explain that my cell didn’t work . She was helping another customer but asked if she could see my cell . I explained to her that the girl gave me the phone but didn’t activate here . I was trying to tell her that maybe I activated it wrong . That’s all it took . She started saying over m over that it wasn’t true that they always activate the cell . I started saying but she didn’t . I even had to pop out the SIM card at home . She was so mad and accusing me of lying . She told me I had an attitude and wouldn’t help me . I explained that I came in with no attitude until she started saying I was lying . She then took my cell yelling at me . I then got mad. I explained I worked on the same strip for ten years and pass here every morning . She has seen me before. Why is she so angry cause she’s going home? She told me come back another day - it’s not her issue if my cell works . I threw my cell and left . My cell still doesn’t work . She then locked the door at 7pm when the store closes at 8. I have escalated her behavior to corporate and I’m awaiting for a response . I pray the cameras in there have voice . I kept asking for me to tell story what was wrong with phone . She would say no . It’s bizarre someone with this behavior can have a job greeting customers. I just needed my cell to work. I was accused of lying and told I had an attitude and I was denied service.

I love being served by people who are very well prepared and who know how to do their job.It also seems like a brilliant idea for metro pcs to hire bilingual people like Nathalie and many other employees.The service they offer exceeds all expectations.

the person name Natalie that works here ? she has no way to help on what ever you tried to do she always manage to take money out of your pocket I was trying to activate a new line with the same phone number and she doesn't know how to do it so I ended with a new number and I was trying to change my plan and she told me you have to call the company !!! really you have everything here to do it but she don't want to do it don't go here if Natalie is working run away
