Worst experience with one of the male workers!! Felt completely violated, knew he was going through my phone which contains all personal info. Horrible horrible horrible.
Young male, short dreads, completely unacceptable service and behavior on his end.

I just would love to share my experience at this one location. I went Into this location with a very stressful issue i was having with my phone and a gentleman goes by the name of Gianni assisted me and was very professional he also was able resolve my issues within minutes. I must say i went into multiple metro locations and none was able to assist me like Gianni did I went into this location stressful but walked out as happy as I can be due to Gianni’s amazing 5 star customer service. Thank you Gianni for all your professional and kindness and also your amazing 5+ star customer service. This gentleman deserves a raise.

I highly recommend not to visit the store. The lady that was there today from Spain clearly a huge hustler first of all she took our money without our permission and put it to her drawer. When we came in, she was sitting down by herself. The entire store smelled as she just smoked weed and then as we talk to her, she pulls electronic cigarettes and start smoking right in front of us. It’s horrible. so now my main problem wasn’t even that we originally came to switch phones because one of the phone as she stayed was very old so we obviously brought a new phone. Then she tells us it would be a $30 fee for switching a phone however, she said, don’t worry you also get a free tablet which we agreed for. So then she call to Customer Service and asks the representative to waive the $30 fee which he did. When the conversation is over with the representative from MetroPCS, she tells us that we haven’t been using the metro PCS a month so she can’t give us the tablet whats drive me crazy is she pulls the money from the table and tells us it is what it is, and do what you Gotta do, well obviously now after my review, I will call MetroPCS and report this store for scamming people.Good luck !

I gave the Gifford Store one star because, I can't give it a 0. The young woman behind the counter, could not be bothered. I walked into a cloud of pot smoke, in a sealed store, no windows. Terrible service. Told me my problem was, that my phone was old. My phone is brand new. She didn't even try to fix my issue.

I thought the man was helping me. I wanted a great phone because I always get cheap phones and they don't work right. I asked him for the best phone and I trusted his judgement. When I went home I realized that the phone was not the best phone or the newest. I realized he just wanted to make a quick sale. Never Again.

I was going 2 try Metro locally but I didn't have much conference as many workers are not knowledgeable, I stopped in this store & met Gianni, who took a long time explaining to me the different phones & etc he was very polite & professional please thank Gianni for me, having staff like Gianni is an asset to your company may I mention your new imployee Valerie who was very pleasant, has promise & appears to be an asset to your company as well

This metro store has a 85 percent chance of opening 2 hours late. And a 0 percent chance in helping anyoneI have been here 4 times. I have called metro personally. How do you have a phone that not a single person can tell me how much it is.I get free is a scam for me but how can you be clueless also .
