I like that the seafood market sells both dry and wet sea scallops because you can clearly see the difference. Too many places nowadays are trying to pass off the chemically treated scallops as dry and they are terrible for pan searing.The aisles are neat and well stocked. The prices are a bit higher than the bigger supermarkets but it is a much easier experience. They have a good amount of items on sale each week which helps.If you are short like me you will have to get the attention of the deli staff or they will keep helping customers that are behind you.

First time ordering from the Met. My Daughter & Son-in-law shop there all the time. I was so pleased with the Service. I had a Delivery, was Great. Their Meats(Steaks) are Delicious!! Great Market. I'll be ordering from them again.

Joseph and Reggie did an amazing job catering for our annual fundraiser with the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 4. The food was amazing and extremely professional with providing utensils as well as setting up the tables for us. It’s a honor having the community come together to help those in need, proud to be a shopper at the Victory Blvd location!

when my daughter approached me, regarding a fund raising dinner/dance for Johnny Hunton and his family with the Ancient Order Of Hibernians my immediate go too was The Met on Victory Blvd ,I approached the manager Dina, who sent me to Joe & Reggie in the catering Dept, words cannot express how grateful we are, the food was delicious and plentiful.our evening was a success and the food played a large part in it.never hesitate to us them for any affair you are thinking about, they even set up our tables ,and supplied everything .nicely done thank you Mary McLean

be aware of the ground beef sirloin they charge all that money for old chop meat which be blended in the fresh chop meat on top and u don't notice until u break it up it's all brown on the inside but red on top

A bit pricey, but the shelves are always full and lines move pretty quickly. Great alternative to the bigger stores, especially if you live in the area.

I noticed my receipts didn't reflect majority of the discounts listed on the shelves so after my last two visits I decided to use my calculator while I shopped. My calculated total was $60.57 but when I got to the register my total was $72.00. I will only shop here as a last resort from now on.

Love this supermarket its a bit small but has everything you want or need in it.. I always find what I am looking for I swear it's crazy they have the freshest produce around,they are very clean and well organized and I love going to their Deli counter I went yesterday and haven't been there in a bit so thank goodness Christian and Lori were there I call them the dynamic duo they always give me and my family warm welcomes Christian did my cold cuts and I must say you tell him something one time and he's on point like a sniper I asked please cut my yellow American thin and he did it perfectly he showed Us it and it was exactly how i like it. Thanks again Christian and Lori for always making mine and my Family's Experience at The Met Enjoyable and Always making my food just the way I like it.

Good clean local supermarket prices are a lot more than the bigger chain stores is my only issue with this place otherwise clean and fresh goods

They really been stepping up their items lately , good choices , good fish ! Good meats ! Good bread ! Been getting more organic choices , alot of bobs mill stuff , And as of last week they have RonnyBrook farms milk which i think is the best MILK on the east coast soooo yeah
