I'm blown away at the level of care and quality especially at such great prices! I'd absolutely recommend check this place over other chain stores.

After describing what I was looking for, they kindly informed me it wasn’t in stock but reassured me that they had just received a shipment and suggested I return in an hour. True to their word, when I came back, they had the item waiting for me! Their attention to detail and dedication to providing top-tier customer service is truly exceptional. “This store has a lot of great items and usually have the latest heat. The shelves are stocked, from shirts, socks, tees, hats and sneakers. Boots, jerseys and accessories. Associates are helpful, but one time all but one associate, a female with braces, who wasn't distracted by potential new customers and friends, actually devoted her attention into helping me, fulfill my order. Pardon the run on sentence. Store was clean , and I will probably return.”

“This vans location is awesome! All staff are nice and helpful and you're always greeted with a smile. I have been to this site twice and both times my Husband and I went we are helped by Rami. Rami goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect fit and even recommends other sneakers/sandals or slip ons that may work for you that you didn't initially come into the store looking for. Rami goes into detail of the sneaker fit and all the qualities the sneaker or slip on has to offer you. Rami is patient and hangs by while you try your sneakers on in case of any questions or you need a different size. Rami had previously recommended a super comfy cush sneaker for my bad heel that I absolutely love and went back to buy my second pair. While there I had my first set of sneakers on that Rami recommended which made him remember me. Rami is so sweet he noticed I had a band aid on the back of my achilles and recommended a specific band aid that I could buy at Target just around the way from the mall. Rami even pulled up a picture of the specific band aid for me to have when I went to Target! Rami is a superstar, very sweet and incredibly knowledgeable of the Vans sneakers. If you are going to buy your Vans in store and can get to the Staten Island Mall location I would recommend going on a Saturday so you can be helped by Rami. Not to down play the other staff in the store as they're just as nice but my Husband and I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Rami both times we visited this location and have always left happy with our purchase and how nice and helpful Rami is.THANK YOU RAMI!!!!!”
“I accidentally walked into this store believing that I was entering H&M lol Very clean and organized. The staff were keeping themselves busy maintaining the store's high quality. They were very kind and informative. Great prices as well. Larger selection of women's clothing than men's. The cargo pants were wonderful but I needed them in black, which was not available.”

“I didn't go to Macy's. I went behind Macy's. They have every Saturday they have farmers market. And people come in and there's all kinds of vegetables and everything like that, it truly cool. You ought to go. It's on Saturdays until November in the back of Macy's the store, not the mall, the mall part, not the store, but you go back there in the back parking lot. You can bring your dog and like I said there's all kinds of vegetables and they take even 2 card as well, but it's only the O Tc card from united healthcare. So that's kind of cool that'll help people anyways have a great day, I'm watching them met”

“Extremely happy with my tux rental! Rented a tux for a wedding and was very satisfied. The fitting was a breeze, when I came in to try it on the pants & jacket needed a slight adjustment, and it was ready that same day. The staff is the absolute best and they are there to help you look better then your supposed to!! I will absolutely be back ?”
“Me and my husband and kids went here in the evening. We were all helped individually by all the young teens in this store. Right away a young girl guess my ugg size and brought me a pair to try on the perfect fit and great attitude same for the other young girl who helped me and my 11 yr old find the nikes we wanted. To then see my husband getting helped by a young gentleman picking out his first pair of uggs. I can tell you my husband is not an easy customer and ask a billion questions. But when I got to him he already had his pair and the young man with a great attitude was answering every question with a smile. Great selection and great employees. The girl at the register great attitude ! Even when leaving another young gentleman told us have a great day and closed the gate. We had no idea it was closing time because everyone was polite and in no rush !”
“Wanted to take the time to shout out John. I walked in and John approached in a very professional manner to assist. He did not make me feel like he was hovering over me which was good but was close enough to help when I needed it. He was able to make sure I found everything I needed with no issue, he even gave me his opinion on some of the items which I really appreciated. “In a world where everyone and their grandma thinks they’re a sneakerhead/fashion forward, it can really be an Olympic sport trying to find a decent consignment/resell shop in NYC, at least one that won’t flat out play in your face or give you that snobby condescending vibe. With that said, I came by the shop (pop-up) looking to sell a few pairs of shoes, although I had styles he wasn’t necessarily looking for, Andrew was still able to give me a fair & respectable offer I felt comfortable with. The overall vibe of the place is authentic and welcoming; I didn’t get the chance to browse thoroughly, but they have a pretty solid collection of novelty items as well.Would highly recommend.”
