Hello, we have been a long term customer of this place and until recently this accident happened. The dryer burned my clothes after only 30 minutes of drying at a moderate temperature.When I went in to get my clothes I didn't understand what was going on then the female owner blamed me for breaking her machine thought I had put plastic in it and yelled at me. She came to my face directly and started yelling without explaining anything to me and I was at a loss what she was talking about. And eventually I knew what’s going on from her yelling. I’m positive that I don’t have anything in there that will cause the fire and I left everything there for her to check and she can’t proof herself butno explanation for my clothes being burned, no apologize.The owner is disrespectful.Wish u have a good every single day.

I’ve never been ROBBED by my Laundry people.I had my three down pillows drying ($100 each) with a hour on the machine to dry .. THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE, TOOK MY PILLOWS OUT A HALF HOUR EARLY ON EACH MACHINE !!!THEY NOT ONLY REMOVED MY PILLOWS WHEN I WASN’T THERE BUT THEY WERE USING THE 30 MINUTES I HAD LEFT ON THE MACHINE. THEN WHEN I CONFRONTED HER SHE STATED THAT THE DRYERS HAD FINISHED …BULL !!!I purposely came a half hour early to check on my pillows, I just had a feeling.

A pretty clean place to do laundry and the prices aren't too bad. Smaller dryers are $2.75, medium $5.75, large $7.75. The dryers are all large and are 7 minutes per 25 cents. I've gone on weekends and it's not too busy. I did lose 2 socks and I'm pretty sure I checked the washer and dryer to make sure it's clear. Going to try and just leave my socks in the laundry bag to prevent this. I've never lost any article of clothing from a washer and dryer. Hopefully it was just that one time. They have a bathroom that is clean.

While I appreciate the service....I am missing jeans, underwear, and a Ralph Lauren sweater. I'm from California and didn't know I should check my laundry before leaving the store. I went back the next day but was unable to get my questions answered and the owner never called me back.

It is mostly a clean, helpful, kind, calm environment to do your laundry in.Hopeful one day the close restaurant next to it will become an add space for the laundromat to make a little bigger.
