Today I walked into mattress firm unsure of how to buy a mattress or even things to look for.
Sometimes it can be scary going in and not knowing what to look for or buy however, Luis really took his time today and explained the difference in mattresses, price ranges, and also how to keep your mattress in good shape.
Luis prepared everything for me and set up my delivery date in hopes of a seamless delivery.
Thank you Luis for today ! You were awesome !

I walked in and pretty much knew right away I would probably make a purchase. Victor greeted me with a smile, listened to what I was looking for and proceeded to tell me information I needed to make a decision. There was another Gentleman Staff Person who had some information as well, and I thank him. (I'm sorry, not remembering his name)
Overall feeling pretty good about my purchase, and can't wait to sleep the first night!

We purchased a bed today at mattress firm Forest avenue from Victor and what an amazing salesman. I would recommend to go in and see Victor if they're in need of purchasing a bed that is perfect for their needs!!!
Victor was so pleasant so patient such a great help!! I was so worried about getting another bed because I didn't know what bed is suitable for me, but his experience, patience, and his thorough explaining of which beds would be perfect for both me and my husband was exceptional!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Luis! He was amazing, professional and charming! I bought a sterns & foster a few weeks ago and wanted to sleep on it first before writing a review. I can confidently confirm that Luis did a great job in finding me the perfect mattress for my needs. He took his time, was sympathetic with my health concerns and wasn't pushy in helping me make the right choice! He really showed me all my options and explained to me in details the benefits of each mattress I was looking at. He really is a sleep expert! If you're in the market for a new mattress and are scared and anxious like I was just ask for Luis he will make the whole experience fun, educational and safe! Thanks again Luis!!!!!
