Went today for my first time. I was a little nervous at first, but the front desk staff was phenomenal. When they checked me in and sat down with me and were very thorough about the process. My masseuse Sally was patient, kind, and was wonderful! My esthetician was also wonderful! I was very satisfied and I definitely will be going back. Hoping to take my self care as a priority this year!

Most unprofessional establishment I ever been to ! Impossible to talk to any manager EVER, always try to charge you for everything and sell you anything they can. Just rude in general. Was still being charged behind my back monthly after I canceled. just save yourself the headache pls.

This place is fabulous. My masseuse Damon was amazing. Damon is visually impaired and that’s what makes him very unique and you wouldn’t understand the excitement going through me when I saw that. He gave me an excellent message and stretch and gave off a wonderful first impression for the company. He will be my priority masseuse from now on.My mother just recently went there. She has diabetic neuropathy and her masseuse did amazing. She was anxious going in but she came out very happy and relaxed. Her masseuse is currently pregnant and I wish her the very best and safest delivery!

As others have stated, the hard sell for add-ons and packages is why I would not return. Came in earlier than requested and the lady was doing "intake" for a good 20 min along with trying to sell. I repeatedly said I'm not interested, but she kept pushing. That right there is a buzzkill. Ppl come for a relaxing service..not to feel forced to buy something! Massage started late. Masseuse didn't focus on any areas mentioned at intake and to her. Massage ended earlier as well, so did not get my full hour. Place is clean, BUT smells very mildewy and unpleasant. Maybe from very old carpet? Def needs updating. Massage oil did not smell pleasant either. Upon leaving, yet again, the lady tried to sell me packages! I couldn't believe it. Like can I just leave to go home and relax?! That was another 20 min, until I finally said- OK can I leave a tip cuz I have to go!

Ii really love their massages and facials. Jennie is the best for massages. Always leave with a wonderful brain fog. Wendy is terrific with the facial. Started me on a new facial routine and my skin had never looked better. It looks younger and healthier.

Damon was absolutely amazing!!! Be sure to ask for him specifically. This was one of the best massages I've had in a very long time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a phenomenal masseuse. I highly recommend !

Massage was good and staff was very pleasant and clean place. Just finish having a "30 minute" stretch and "60 minute massage". Yes i paid for 30 minute and 60 minute but didnt receive that. They are pricy when you arent receiving what you pay for. 30 minute strech ended 10 minutes earlier, in at 11am and out at 11:20am (appointment was at 11). Massage was 12pm appointment, i was in at 12:35 and out 1:20pm (thats 15 minutes earlier) SO a total of 25 minutes is what was owed. Go figure. Other than not receiving the full amount of time i paid for, rest was good.

I like this place. While commercial and somewhat generic my experiences with the therapists have been quite positive. They've been very competent, responsive, and professional. My only gripe is the hard sell for massage add-ons although I did purchase a membership because I go regularly. The app is pretty intuitive and offers an array of utilities of which I find the scheduler most useful.

Please BE CAREFUL of this location. Management at this location DOES NOT care about the HEALTH and SAFETY of their staff or customers. I had an appointment and called same day 3 hours before my appointment to let them know that I was feeling ill and was going to get tested for COVID. They cancelled my appointment and charged me half my service and a fee. (I guess they expected me to come in) I'm so glad I did not go in that day because I was tested positive for COVID. Management requested a copy of my test for a refund. Val who is the district manager declined my request and mentioned their 5 hour policy. I will no longer be coming to this location anymore. Although I understand their policy, we’re going through times where someone can get sick which can affect others. Massage Envy should be ashamed. Terrible management and terrible customer service. I’m shocked at how awful this location treats their members. I allowed them to try and make it right and cooperated but all they seem to care about is their unethical policy which SHOULD be revised.

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. The person that did the message was wearing a mask and I was feeling very comfortable. The place was very clean. Smelling well. Sheets on the message chair where also clean. I was satisfied with what I received.
