My experience with Markham Gardens was truly excellent from start to finish. Fulya was a great Compliance team with Fulya, reliable, and very supportive during the entire process. We appreciated that they were always transparent throughout the process, moving can be very stressful, We trusted that they had our best interests in mind and that they would always come through for us. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a resident for over 14 years and has enjoyed being apart of this community. The staff & the maintenance team has accommodated me & my family’s every need since day one.
What I enjoy most about markham gardens is the upkeep of their property and not having to wait a long period of time to get things fixed in your unit, if they don’t have it on sight they will get it promptly. The staff has always been respectful, professional, and friendly from the old to the new. If anyone is thinking about becoming a resident here I would definitely recommend it..

The fact that I have called for 6 days STRAIGHT!! At least a minimum of 17 times A DAY!!! No one ever answers the phone and everyone vm is full, which brings to me believe this is bad business. This screams rachet, unprofessional, lack of concern or care for ELDERLY, borderline elderly abuse, this is a denier citizen property phones should be answered promptly!!! Like I’m definitely going to look into who to speak with to make a much bigger complaint because this is HIGHLY insane!!! NOBODY should trust these people with a plant let alone anyone elderly loved ones!!! Disgustingly embarrassing for a senior citizen property to be so poorly ran. Definitely needs new management.

Mabe someone someone can responded here cause cause no one has been in the office or answered the phone in i don't no how long .. water Heater broke and caused My ceiling to fall apart and it has Ben like this for a month .. there is no way to contact managers cause everyone is missing. Is like a place that's some how sustaining itself

Washers and dryers in the laundry room work sporadically at best. Washer stopped right in the middle of your cycle? Sorry, you're SOL, gotta pay twice in order to get your load finished. Dryer didn't dry your clothes the first time? Fork over another payment to dry them again in another machine. They recently raised the prices of the machines, so the timing of this is suspect. With the amount we pay in rent, the amenities are sorely lacking. Have a pest problem? Good luck in getting them to hire an actual exterminator. They just get the maintainance guys to come over with the Combat gel that comes in a tube. Boiler give out in the dead of winter? Sorry, gotta wait months in order for them to order a new one. Until then, have fun with the freezing cold showers and no hot water to wash dishes, etc., or alternately, boil water and take the pot to the tub. Surely when you tell the maintainance people that you need a repair on the bathroom wall near the tub, they'll come in a timely fashion, right? Nope. But my favorite by far was the letter they sent us, in the middle of the pandemic when people have lost their jobs, 'politely suggesting' that everyone still pays their rent. I'm sure I still have that letter...if I find it, I'll post it. Until then, here's an example of what we're paying for in terms of the washers.

I love living here in Markham gardens with the spacious apartments my only problem is the loud neighborhood but after all I love it here I lived her for 7 years!

Nowhere near enough washers and dryers for the amount of people living in the complex, compounded by the fact that a lot of the residents are neglectful in getting their laundry out of the washers and dryers in a timely fashion. For the amount of money that's paid in rent, one would think that there would have been connections for washers and dryers in the apartments.
