One of the worst customer service and lazy workers ive ever met in my life, Cecilia was the worst human being ive ever met , lazy , sat down on the chair and never helped us with anything and not to mention nasty attitude, lack of knowledge in anything.. strong cigarette smell coming out of her aswell. Disgusting.

Extremely extremely rude staff and disappointed customer.
I purchased a Blackstone grill and had store assemble for me. I waited a week for it to be complete (no problem). The day I brought the BBQ home (3 days later) I realized the handles were not installed correctly. I brought the bbq back (on a Monday) and was told I need to return that bbq and order a new one (no problem). They told me I just missed the deadline by a couple hours to get the new one assembled and needed to wait another week. The associates at the register told me to call the store manager the next day and they should be able to add me to the list to get assembled this week due to the error. I called the next day and the manager told me I can not be added, I missed the deadline. I asked if I can be added due to the fact it was assembled wrong and I went to the store on a Monday and just missed the deadline, he replied with a giggle and said no. I then mentioned I am very close with the District Manger of Lowe's and he requested to add me to the list for this week's assembly. The manager, replied "no". I asked for his name and he hung up immediately. I called back again, got a different manager and got the same story. When I mentioned the District Manager requested to add me to the list for this week, she also said "no". I then said the District Manager will then be calling to add me to the list the manager replied "Ha, good luck". This manager also hung up immediately when I asked for her name.
I will be cancelling this order and will be making a purchase at Home Depot. I will no longer be shopping at Lowe's due to the lack of respect from 2 different managers. Shame because I live one block from Lowe's and tend to shop there multiple days a week.

The parking lot is big the selection is decent but not great. We had to find a person for help I believe they are short handed. We eventually got help looked at selection and options and decided to go to home depot. However no luck in home depot as well. They are about the same. We ended up ordering on Amazon.

Last week I had a stove delivered to my home once I prepared to put the stove in its spot I realize that one of the legs in the rear of the stove was crooked upon further inspection. I found the brackets that hold all the legs at the bottom bent if this unit had been dropped. I also noticed that the drawer didn’t fully close I contacted customer support. Explain my issues and since Sunday. Ju June 2 ,2024 I’ve been getting the runaround but absolutely no results. Lowe's order #504104818

We Bought Washer Dryer combo Paid for take out the old washer dryer, They Dropped off They said will be back for pick up because they did not had tools Never showed up. I will complaint this location SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I Will Contact Lowe’s head quarters.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TOO LOWES THIS IS LAST TIME ( Paid $100) for pick.. ??

Omg, I was just in the gardening area purchasing a hose reel,I asked another customer if they do check out in this section and she replied sure right at this register and there wasn't anyone at this register, there was a grown man his name was don or Dom and he's on his phone so after 5 minutes I asked are you working at this register he replied no not that one because it isn't working and he said he was working at this register, mind you there was no one there but him and I. I don't get it he was a middle aged man doing nothing, so frustrating that lowes hires people like this.This was my first negative experience there ,mostly everyone helps at this store.

Obviously the store is highly likely to have what you need and things are well organized as you might come to expect. However, customer service can vary from decent to non-existant. Need to call to ask a simple 10 second question? Be prepared for a 15-20 minute wait between the automated messaging system and a customer service desk that will put you on hold and then never come back to the phone. Need to return something? Stand in line for 30 minutes whilst the lone employee waits for a manager to come at his leisure. Garden center employees cannot explain how the company handles delivery. What should be a great and simple experience is betrayed by a criminally understaffed location. Not impressed whatsoever, and I write this as I currently sit on hold yet again with the phone reading 17:23 call time.
