Overall most associates are helpful at this location but Asma is very rude. Her nasty attitude should not be tolerated and Lowe's needs to make it's return policy simpler

Terrible customer service. Waiting for someone to help me in paint for 15 minutes and when someone finally showed up, they had no knowledge or expertise to share "you just tell us what paint you want"

This review is specifically regarding a supervisor ASMA who is awful and frustrates customers and is not helpful.
I went to return grout at customer service desk. Unfortunately my credit card was recently replaced and the representative said it should not be an issue. After trying, they claimed that they couldn't find my purchase. Then they tried to look up the order under my company's phone number to which they couldn't find it either. So I then requested a supervisor to assist. Asma told me the same thing, that my purchase should still be located using my current replaced credit card. Unfortunately, she claimed that my purchase wasn't coming up. She denied to issue a store credit or to help me further. I took the stuff back home. Looked through tons of receipts, since I'm in the middle of renovations I've been shopping at various stores frequently buying multiple items. Never expected Lowes to have such a terrible return policy. The next day I went back to the same store with the receipt. When I told the same supervisor that she was wrong, most importantly looking at the receipt it was purchased under my company's phone number that they couldn't locate yesterday. Asma gave me discussing and unprofessional and unhelpful attitude. Lowe's has a terrible return policy that does not help customers.

Isaac and the associates here will help you find what you need. Polite, friendly, and professional service. The management here must be good because their employees are happy. I’ve been in this Lowes six times in the past two weeks and
Asma, Ashley, Matt, and Joy all contribute to a great experience.
I have received nothing but five star service.

My go-to place for home improvement and lighting stuff, I usually have to find someone to help cause I can never get a hang of this place, and you will definitely find a staff to help . I met a veteran associate at the electrical department, I think his name is Tom, elderly man. He was so helpful that I was close to tears,helped me to find what I was looking for even though it was out of his way. Thank you sir,if you ever read this.

Bought some BBQ equipment from here at an unbeatable bargain price that not even dollar general could beat. I'm gonna shop here for outdoor and general hardware. Had a good experience here. Better than home depots crew that can hardly ever be found

They had the tripple shredded red mulch that I did not find elsewhere.
Today they had 2 × 6 × 8" ground contact wood not available elsewhere.
Today they had the lower price than competition for Scott's Turf Builder Triple Action. 11.31 lb weed and feed.
5/26/2024 They had Miracle-Gro Performance Organics 25-Quart All-purpose Organic Potting Soil Mix that other stores do not have. It has more nitrogen than other mixes for little more cost.
