I purchased a $6200 New Charbroll Medallion Grill Set. I planned this project around the dimensions of this grill set involving a plumber, electrician, contractor to build a pavilion, ordered other material. Lowes delivered me the badly damaged floor model instead of new. i contacted the store manager and he acknowledged the floor model was delivered to me. when I asked, the floor model had 10% discount if that's what I wanted. So if you knew I paid the full price for a new set, why was I sent the floor model damaged set. the end result, they could not answer my question, apologized and said the manufacturer discontinued this set and cannot order me a new set. Another lie because I ordered the set directly from the manufacturer. I'm not sure what they were trying to pull there but certainly something is not kosher in that store and it's employees. I cancelled my family trip this summer for this project and because of this set back now we have to cancel next year as well and get together with contractors to start from square one. This is bad business from their leadership down.

Lowe's has horrible customer service for online orders, deliveries and returns. I ordered decking From the Woodbridge Lowe's and because they said it was a special order. It got delivered from the Staten Island Lowe's. The delivery process was absolutely disgusting. The delivery man was mean and nasty. I am a girl and he wanted to leave my Stuff in the street where the garbage man could get it. Then he wanted to leave it on my neighbors property. He was extremely unhelpful even though I had in the notes I wanted it brought to my backyard. Upon inspection I was missing a lot of items from my order.. It took me forever and long Whole times before anybody would even pick up the phone I even waited as much as an hour and a half no one ever picked up I wind up hanging up. I think that's what they expect people to do. I've asked for the store manager several times never got a hold of him. The order wind up being completely wrong. I needed them to come pick it up. That was a disaster as well. I know how to carry that stuff back to the front of the house so they can pick it up after I had to carry it myself to the yard. Because they didn't want to help me. The materials were very heavy and it was very hot outside. I would not recommend lowes at all ever. I re ordered my stuff from home depot and had a much better experience. I have to say woodbridge lowe's was a little better than the staten island lowe's.

If you are going to purchase something and need help, this is not the place. They have three employees standing around talking and when you ask a question they just give you an aisle #... I had to go back three times and all three times I had to get refunded because it was the wrong product... THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!

The store people are great I enjoy shopping there....the delivery people are the best thing to happen to home Depo every Oder There's always a problem so I'm going to Home Depo via everything all over again

I have been on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes now waiting for a person to pick up the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!Updated as of 2:30 pm - it has been a 3 full hours on hold and not once has a person picked up the phone. Lowe's this is bad, very bad.@loweshomeimprovement

If I could put negative stars, I would. Nothing but aggravation dealing with this store. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The store needs to be closed down. As a contractor this Lowes on bloomingdale is one of the worst experiences.The customer service, specifically Jill, all of the staff is incapable and incompetent. They've cost my business money and time every time I've come in the last six months. Any other choice than this store is a better choice

Similar to Home Depot but less crowded, workers are also friendly and helpful. Sometimes when Home Depot don't have something , I come here since it's close to each other.

I placed an order for store pickup and they lost my order. 45 minutes for them to find it and when they did it was damaged and the packaging missing. With these big box stores your experience may vary. I wouldn't buy appliances here neither too much of a chance to screw up.
