Would give 0 stars if possible. Called to inquire about having some vinyl graphics applied to my car. Was told by Bob, the to call back in a week as he was 'extremely busy'. Called back a week later and Bob said he would meet with me to look at the job and estimate price and availability. Told to call at 5 PM which I did. Bob said he was 'just got out of the shower was going to eat and then would contact me' That was 5 days ago. No call, no text, nothing. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Hey Bob, you're not curing cancer or doing brain surgery, all it would have taken was to say hey, I'm too busy to do the job. Instead you chose to be rude and unprofessional and waste my time, which is just as valuable as yours. I'll make sure I tell EVERYONE I know to avoid doing business with Lombardi because of your arrogant attitude and poor business practices.
