I went into the pharmacy to see if they had a medication that I am on, that my normal pharmacy is out of. I was also interested in switching pharmacies. I walked in and asked the girl behind the counter. She told me the pharmacist was upstairs and would be down in a few minutes. She told me I can have a seat. I told her I will look around. After a minute a woman comes out from behind a door. She asked me if I needed help. I said no because I was waiting for the pharmacist. About 5 minutes go by and the woman calls someone on the phone and says "can you come in here for a minute". A man came in from outside. Wearing a coat and walks directly too me and says "can I help you". I say "I was waiting to what if you have a. Education. He asks me the medication name. I tell him. The woman behind the counter shakes her head no. Did you think I was a drug addict looking for medication and I was going to rob you? Did you really need to call someone into the store to ask me what I needed when the woman behind the counter just shook her head no when I said the medication name. I'm sorry that I have adhd and Walgreens didn't have my medication. I'll make sure to keep my business there.

Livingwell Pharmacy is located further down Staten Island in an area where the vehicle traffic is comparatively less, and you get free parking. What made me go in search of 'never heard before pharmacy' was to get an OMNY card (MTA NY transit bus card). The MTA has listed Livingwell Pharmacy as a place where the OMNY cards are sold. I gave a telephone call around 5.30pm on a Friday and was nicely told that they were closing at 6pm and to hurry up if I needed to buy the card urgently! Well on, the following day, I went there. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, offering to attend to my requirement. The two ladies did remember my telephone conversation hunting for an OMNY card. Without further hesitation, I was sold a card. Great service!

This pharmacy is a gem. Not only did they have a medicine that no other pharmacy had but they even take it out to the car so I don't have to bring my sick child in. The staff is so knowledgeable and courteous. I seriously will never use another pharmacy again.

I have my prescriptions filled there and they are quick and pleasant! No waiting an hour or more to pick up the medicine....They go out of their way to help and are well stocked with over the counter pharmacy essentials as well. Lots of parking, it's in the Top Tomato plaza on Victory boulevard.

The women in this pharmacy are so incredibly amazing. I was in such a bind with medication I need immediately and they went so far above and beyond for me a brand new customer but I can promise this even though I live on the other side of the island they now have a customer for life. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your compassion and kindness!
