We have been going to Liberty Tax for many years and I have many complaints for all of the friendly and knowledgeable staff that do such a fine job always . Keep up the great job you all do at Liberty Tax.

I Was going there for 10 years until this year. Im done with them. If your claiming dependents you have to bring in social security cards for them or birth certificates.which not every one has available that easily.i was told the DOJ is doing walkin investigations what ever that means? I went somewhere else and they said they never heard of DOJ walkins

I have been coming here for a few years and seen many different preparers. Andrew, Toniann, and Matt are all knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to the stresses of tax preparation. They have answered all of my questions and made even the most complicated return seem easy. I highly recommend this office for any and all tax questions/concerns!!

Thanks to Toniann squared off my debt with the IRS from a previous year and still managed to get a return. Took her time and tried to help me in anyway she could have, will be returning once again next year

Andrew and Anthony are great! My family and I were able to get an appointment in a reasonable time. Andrew and Anthony provided excellent customer service and helped make the tax process so simple! Will not go anywhere else for taxes :)!

Poor serviceI failed my tax it’s been more than 3 months now he put a wrong adresse for me and didn’t submit my documents and send them to iRSThey just love money I’ll never go back there and I regret to go there it’s last time don’t care at all about what’s happening after they did big f mistake???????
