I work as a tankerman- so my phone gets damaged alot. every single time i bring it here not only does my phone get repaired in about 5 minutes, but its CHEAP. if i took my phone to apple i would lose all my data! (apparently they don't even repair your phone, just replace it) you can also bring other devices that need repairs here and 9/10 he gets it done quick! definitely the best place on the island for repairs.

Customer service was fine, as the man was respectful and polite, estimating a 20-minute duration to replace the screen on my cellphone. I was charged over $100 for those 20 minutes and a fake iPhone screen that is evidently different from authentic ones; not only does it appear different, but the True Tone setting has disappeared, and my screen keeps bugging out, tapping and scrolling when I'm not. Additionally, whenever Face ID goes to scan my face, there's a red flash at the top near my camera that I've never seen with my previous screen. Not at all worth it for the money I paid. I was scammed out of my money.

I went and got my screen fixed at Lenny’s. The price was very fair. He fixed it extremely quickly. Prob waited 10mins at max!! After about a week, the phone screen went black. I went in, expecting to pay and NO! They back their work and replaced the screen completely for free. I am very happy!!!

Very happy with Lenny Repair Shop! My son’s phone dropped in the pool. It was damaged beyond repair. He was honest. I am appreciative of the time, effort and honest assessment of the phone. Would highly recommend.

I went in there after buying two ….. YES TWO BUM IPhones from eBay and the gentleman there fixed BOTH phones by replacing both batteries and one screen for a FAIR PRICE.He was professional, honest, kind and of course knowledgeable in getting it done.

I came in today as the shop opened. The tip of my auxiliary chord snapped off inside my phone. The man behind the counter was able to get it out in under 20 minutes. He basically performed surgery on my phone, and it is working well now. Can't thank him enough!

Just a heads up. Went into this shop looking for a case for phone brand new ,not even set up. Owner asks to see phone ,I hand to him he says doesn't have that case but turns phone on I was like no need to turn on for case .I walk out the the door, immediately phone chimes and vibrates . I'm going to have phone inspected now to see what he got or placed on phone . If you have work done here get your stuff checked by someone else to see what else has been added to your software. Not trustworthy to me at all.be safe with your info .Will update once phone is thoroughly checked Unnecessary hassle for a case but guess can't let someone even hold phone to put on screen protector SMH.Check your personal info that's all I have to say after this store looks at your device.I had been to 3 other stores no one else turned on phone not even me.
