Lavender Salon is hands down the best hair salon I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. After years of searching for the perfect gray coverage, I finally found my holy grail at Lavender. Their use of top-of-the-line organic products not only ensured my hair's health but also delivered exceptional results.
From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in luxury. The ambiance was serene, and the staff were incredibly attentive. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly.
Not only did I leave with gorgeous, vibrant hair, but I also left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Lavender Salon isn’t just a salon; it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone in search of top-notch service and results.

Sydney, her mom and Julia are so kind and welcoming. I feel like I’ve known them all for years. Sydney listens to your needs and is very up to date on new trends! I came in for Magic sleek and both Julia and Sydney talked me through the whole process and after care. It’s now 4 days since my treatment and my hair has survived the hot, humid weekend and still looks amazing. They’re the best, you won’t be disappointed!

From the first time I walked into this salon, I legitimately felt like family to Sydney and Danielle. I was nervous because I found out about the salon from a Facebook post of Sydney offering her help to someone who couldn’t leave the house for a haircut. So I knew from the beginning that she had a good heart….but can she cut hair ? Ummm you better believe it! Sydney does it all! Her cuts are amazing, her color, also amazing!! She uses great products and now is our official family hair stylist…until someone famous snatches her up.
The atmosphere of the salon is another reason why we keep going back. There’s a warmth there like no other salon in Staten Island. It’s actually calming to be in there. No stress, no nonsense, just completely enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend a better salon to go to. Thank you for all the great service for me and the girls !!

Absolutely love Lavender, I usually do color & blow out and Sydney never disappoints. She actually listens and doesn’t chop off my hair.
The salon is design is so cute and relaxing. I like lavendar so much I’ve recommended 3 people to her!

I would recommend Lavender Salon to everyone I know. I absolutely love Sydney! She knows exactly what I need to take better care of my hair. It has become healthier from the products she recommended to me and I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair since I started seeing her. She is so knowledgeable and provides the best service from beginning to end.

Sydney is amazing PERIOD. Firstly she is a very warm and welcoming human and secondly she’s really great at what she does. She’s done my hair a handful of times from balayage & cuts to a special occasion style with makeup. I’m very happy with my hair and it’s been growing out beautifully. I’m sad I don’t live in SI anymore because she was an excellent find! I’d make the trip either way when it comes time to my yearly haircut! Definitely check her out. The salon is nice and very clean, staff is really nice too!

If you are looking for a hair salon that actually cares about your hair and aren’t just out to take your money this is the place! Sydney, her mom, and the staff at the salon are the most kindest, sweetest and caring women. When you walk into the salon you’re immediately greeted with loving energy and that’s when you know you are in good hands. Having moved to Staten Island from queens I was on a search for a hair salon that could fix my previously black to then red box dyed hair. The last salon I went to knew my hair concerns and said they were able to fix it but at the end of the service the black box dye was still present and I wasted money. After trying to fix it on my own (bad idea, I know) it left my hair color spotty and even more ruined. Sydney performed a miracle on my hair! I literally showed her what color (wine red) I wanted and she delivered above and beyond! She was honest with me with everything and explained everything from beginning to end. She and her mom make it their business to ensure that you are satisfied because they actually care about their clients! My hair now has life, feels soft and the color is so vibrant. I can’t thank them enough! I feel so blessed to have found this salon because it’s so hard to find a place you can trust and actually feel relaxed. I now have a go to spot and I’m so excited for my next appointment!

I had a few dark glazes from different places before going to Sydney but none of them wowed me until I sat in her chair. She is so talented and made me feel so pretty! Pretty enough to post a selfie on myself from the day she did my hair publicly on Google lol.

The absolute best! I have been visiting Sydney for years all the way from the Hudson Valley! I leave every appointment feeling so much more beautiful. Sydney & Julia also did the hair and makeup for my sister’s wedding and everyone looked and felt their best. I will continue to visit Sydney and Lavender for a very long time.

Found this place when I was going on vacation the day after Thanksgiving and no hair salon was open. Not only did they open early to accommodate me the day of my vacation they did a wonderful job!! I’ve been going to them since then and I love it. They do the best beach waves ever and I get so many compliments every single time I get my hair done here!!
