The staff here is very helpful and accommodating. It has never been crowded when I was there. The technician (Luz) is very efficient and skillful--never leaves a bruise. I'm so impressed with all aspects of this lab facility,especially the kindness and patience of the staff. Glad to have them in Port Richmond!

The waiting room was full of walk ins but my appointment time was honored. There about 15 minutes. The friendly tech spoke Spanish and English and had called for extra help to deal with the crowd (which arrived).
