Staff has always been both patient and friendly. I usually go there with my daughter and they are very helpful and attentive to her. They don't talk down to her and speak and treat her as an adult (she's 12) we have been doing business with them for quite a few years.

Went here for a watch battery replacement. Liked the fact it was done right and he didn't hesitate to tell me he couldn't replace a battery in one of watches because of the tech of the watch and referred me to someone else that could. That was big of him. Other places would have tried and butchered the watch.

So unprofessional and unpleasant the women who works the front and sizes the ring is extremely rude she point in my face while explaining something. Than after i told her she should not point in someone face she refuses to help me and throw the pen and pad on the conter and told the other employee to help me. She walk away and said she dont have time for this than she continued to speak under her breath. After that she told her employee make sure she right about the size of the ring beacuse i refuse to resize it for her again. Lets not talk about her whole outfit was see through and you saw her white underwear through her pants. I would never go back there again. The owner was in the back and was listening to the whole thing and did not say a word this place is the worst
