If I could give them a zero for their customer service, I would. How could you the owner allow your staff to speak with any of your customers with anything other than respect, Professionalism, and courtesy? But wait you were part of the issue, weren’t you…you too became confrontational, with her, you too got disrespectful, belligerent , condescending and extremely unprofessional. Ever heard of the customer is always right? To witness you and the other two women yelling and screaming at a female customer, to see her leave in tears was mortifying. There’s no excuse for your staffs behavior and especially yours. Instead of deescalating the situation you escalated it by being confrontational, getting in her face and yelling at her to get out of store. Really? That’s ok in your standards? SHAME. ON. YOU.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with such unprofessionalism. I was spoken to very rudely and was disrespected. As a paying customer I expected very differently. I do not recommend this place at all. I am disgusted with the way they handle their business. I will never give this place my business again.
