My experience was decent the first two times I've purchased from them, the first not so pleased because The earings I purchased for my wife the lock kept breaking, so they told me to buy a better pair, my last and final purchase was a complete Nightmare, I purchased a gold chain for 1000.00 but little did I know it would start coming apart as soon as I put a piece on it, it couldn't withstand the weight of a tiny cross pendant, he was very misleading, it is a beautiful chain but not worth 1000.00 dollars of my hard earned money, I've never seen a chain like this before so I gave it a shot on his recommendation, and now I'm stuck with a chain that if I try to get a return is only worth 200.00 never again will I purchase from them I should've stuck with YANI over at victory fine jewelers.

Amazing people, excellent customer service. I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring, two gold chains and a gold bracelet from here. Still pleased with my purchases and will continue to do business with them in the future! Thanks Maggie!

This place sold me the worst low quality earrings basically it was costume jewelry. When I complained the next day I was told by the owner to either buy something more expensive or get out of his store.

It's a big store not too many people inside working but had no issues, we did purchase an ankle bracelet but was not aware that the gold was 10k instead of 14k. The owner was very nice and worked with us I would go back again to purchase or repair jewelry

My girl recently got me a rope chain at Macy's very pricey but lightweight. It broke twice already and the first time I took it to a local jewelry location in Manhattan they fixed it but the job was done poorly. And since I am a resident of Staten island and one day I got off the ferry from work and was a bit reluctant about Jewelers on Fifth since they just opened at the Empire Outlet. I walked in and I got assisted by Andrew... Oh he was amazing. I work in finance and does not know much about jewelry. He gave me an entire lecture and educated me about weight of the gold the metal and etc. I am waiting on my fiance before going back there to purchase from them. They were able to fix the chain for me and honestly not noticeable at all and what made it even better. They actually redid the part that was broken which was done poorly by the other jewelry place in the city. I am truly happy that the manager Joseph was also there to assist. Customer service was impeccable and I'm glad I walked in.

Horrible! Do not trust them. I brought in a brand new expensive watch just to have the battery replaced and somehow they convinced me to leave the watch with them and I ended up with a damaged watch that they are now claiming it wasn’t them when it 100% was and I have videos to show the condition minutes before it was left with them. I will have to waste my time and take this to small claims. Such a shame.

This place is awsome...when I first passed by on the bus i thought to myself, this is a fancy expansive store that doesnt belong in the neighborhood...One day me and my special someone went in just for laughs to look at all tbe shiny diamonds..So we start looking around an I seen a pair of earrings I liked, so I ask the price, and was shocked!!!They were affordable, so we put them on no charge layaway....and I will be rocking my diamond studs when we go see the tree lighting in Rockefeller CenterDecember 2nd...ill be shinning more then the Christmas tree.

I was told my order would be ready on a specific day. When I arrived that day to pick it up, I was told that it was not picked up from the New Jersey sore and was shipped instead and because of that it was not at the Staten Island store as originally promised. I was told that it should be in the following day. I left the store disappointed. The following day I stopped by and was told that it was shipped to the wrong store and to come back the following day. Again I left the store disappointed. There was no phone call advising me of any of this. When I finally picked the engraved pendant up, it was Saturday. Even though someone made a special trip to the store early on Saturday, the sale associate who handed me that package was cold and matter of fact with me. He did not ask me if I liked the work or apologize for the run around. Nothing. He just asked for my credit card and treated me like I was at a ticket window at the MTA. Not pleased with the customer service here. I will most likely not shop here again. I do not think they get enough business to be this nonchalant with customer service.
