I had a part that needed replacing and I reached out to the service center. Someone got back to me very timely and put me in touch with Besa, the Manager. My entire experience was flawless. I came in on a Saturday morning and everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful, moving things along. I was expecting a very long wait but they installed the part immediately and for a very reasonable price, way less than I expected. Then of course, the complimentary car wash topped it all off. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Besa and the amazing staff that work at 111 Quintard for making something stressful feel easy.

I had a terrible experience at this Toyota service center. My father purchased a brand new 2024 Toyota Tacoma one month ago, which has only 1,300 miles on it, but it has developed a bad vibration at 60 to 70 mph. Although we know the speed limit in Staten Island is 55 mph, the service center claimed they couldn’t verify the issue because they couldn’t drive it that fast. They suggested we take it elsewhere.
After that, we went to Route 22 Toyota, where they acknowledged the problem but refused to fix it and advised us to return to the original dealership. Now we're stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth about who will address this issue.
When we returned to Island Toyota, we spoke with Besa, the service manager, who was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Her attitude was condescending, and it was clear she didn’t care about our concerns. This dealership seems to take advantage of customers, charging for services without providing any real help.
I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle or using the service department here; it feels like a scam, and you’ll likely leave feeling frustrated and unheard.

I brought my Mazda 6 in due to check engine light constantly on. Was greeted by John who was super sweet. Prior diagnostics testing revealed a sensor issue. This group found the problem was not a sensor at all, but a low coolant issue. We started off a little frustrated because of miscommunication, but Sal & Miss Besa immediately stepped in. The car was fixed, check engine light is off!. Sal & Miss Besa did everything they could to ensure a happy customer left with a working vehicle. They even washed the car. John brought out the car, made sure I adjusted my seat and wished me a great day. Thank you Sal, Miss Besa & your mechanic. I would recommend this service shop.

I went for an oil change and they put one and a half quarts too many. I had to get under the car and drain some of it out. Not good! Supposed to be professionals here. This is what gives dealers s bad name. Employees that don’t care.

Brought my truck in to get the front end checked out, and I was in and out of there in half a day. The tech who checked out my car knew his stuff, and the service team was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for anything I needed for any of my Toyotas

I had an extremely negative experience at this Toyota dealership. I came in four separate times to get my oil changed, and each time was met with long wait times and poor customer service. Today was the final straw when the owner's son rudely told me to take my car and leave after waiting two hours for my oil change without any explanation or apology. I will not be returning to this dealership and recommend others to avoid it as well.

**Attention TLC Drivers: Staten Island Toyota Will Refuse to Give You a Loaner Car!**
I recently encountered a significant issue with Staten Island Toyota. My car, under warranty, needed repairs. Four days after dropping it off, the dealership notified me to pick up a loaner car as my car would take a few more days to fix. I informed them in advance that my car had TLC plates, and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem since the repairs were covered by the warranty.
However, upon my arrival, they refused to provide a loaner car, citing that I would use it for Uber and Lyft driving. I clarified that I needed the car for personal use only, such as picking up my kids from school, and that it was impossible to use the loaner for TLC services in NYC without TLC plates. Despite my explanations, they continued to deny my request, wasting about five hours of my time.
I had to contact Toyota Corporate to ensure my rental car fee would be reimbursed if I rented a car myself. Thankfully, Corporate confirmed this, but I discovered the dealer had already claimed a loaner car fee on my case. I had to insist they cancel this claim to get reimbursed.
The manager's lack of empathy and professionalism, along with the lengthy repair time, was extremely disappointing. I will not return to this dealership and urge my fellow TLC drivers to avoid bringing their cars here for warranty repairs if a loaner car is needed. According to Toyota Corporate policy, you have the right to a loaner car, but Staten Island Toyota will refuse if your vehicle has TLC plates. I hope this review helps save others time and energy.
