Great gym. It has almost all the equipment you might need. Maybe just a few suggestions, it's missing a rowing machine that would be very useful. Also, the group classroom has a cracked mirror that wasn't fixed in the past year. And more yoga classes on weekends would be very helpful for people who work on weekdays. Anything else you might need, they have.

This gym is close to me, so I come here for convenience. But it’s become SUPER frustrating how hot it is here, like, always. Some days it’s unbearable. And I know it’s not just me who complained. They don’t seem to believe in air conditioning and any gym I’ve been to, that has never been an issue. Hope it is something they can fix!!

Moved out to the island 2 years ago and walked in to check it out. It has been one of my best decisions so far. Staff if very friendly and courteous. Great equipment always clean and welcoming. Recommend for anyone any age.

At first I want to say that I NEVER write long reviews like this but Intoxx definitely deserves it. It is hands down the best gym I have ever been a member off. Very friendly staff that literally makes me want to go and train everyday. If you like when things are organized and clean then Intoxx is definitely the gym for you. The vibes are great and everyone is more than ready to help with any situation. I would highly recommend it to whoever is looking for a new gym or wants to join one for the first time. Special thanks to the manager who really helped me find a trainer who pushed me the right way in my workout goals. I love that they have plenty of parking, classes, and state of the art equipment. It is a life changing gym experience so definitely come here if you love your body and want to actually love going to the gym. ?

i’ve been working out for a couple years now and out of all the gyms i’ve visited, intoxx is one of the best. there is a wide variety of equipment and it’s all state of the art. the gym has some machines that i’ve never seen anywhere else. the staff are all amazing people as well. highly friendly, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

This is a terrible, dirty gym. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The reception staff is very rude, specifically Julia. Safe your money and go somewhere else.

Been going to this gym for years.All the staff is kind and friendly and in all my time i have never experienced a front desk woman specifically Julia as kind and nice.she greets u when u walk in with a smile asking how ur day was and when u leave she says goodbye and have a safe ride home to me there’s no better then that.also the gym is not dirty there’s a woman cleaning all the time I think some ppl should clean up after themselves.

Intoxx Fitness is really a great place to work out! It is extremely clean & spotless which is very important to me. It has all the latest equipment & technology so that you can get the best workout possible. The staff is friendly, professional & can answer any questions you may have about the facility, classes & schedules. I highly recommend Intoxx Fitness especially since their hours can accommodate any busy lifestyle!

They seem to place people that never entered there gym nor signed any papers to a collection company in Arizona that has had 300 complaints in six months full fraud is there business how they can send to a collection company a man who at time of gym membership stated by them he was 17 under legal age for contracts even though this person never joined to get in touch with there collection company i am on day ten without ever getting live person on phone the Arizona and NY district attorney is fully aware of them and there days are numbered stay far away because even though you never join somehow they get a name and just bill it all should be in prison stay far away he is a scam artist this will all be revealed shortly by the nyc fraud division so watch the news its coming

Nice staff but weights all over the place and it’s nothing is enforced for not respecting gym policies. Place is small as hell where you can barely squeeze by but they keep buying more equipment. Upstairs floor has all this room for equipment but used as a selfie room. If there was something closer to my job I’d be gone already but for now I have no choice

If there were 10 stars I would give 11.I love this place it is definitely one of the best or THE BEST gym in the staten island area.As a beginner I was nervous at first to go to a gym cuz most of them are not welcoming , but here the staff was very nice, front desk and the manager ( I think ) were really helpful. They told me programs that they have that helped me have an idea on how I want my body to look and what I should work with . Love how clean and spacious it is and their protein shakes are to die for! I don't really like writing long reviews or reviews in general but Intoxx deserves it!
