This is a terrible company. Truly terrible. They promised a significant savings over our provider (Verizon). We decided to try them out in two of our medical offices. Not only did they not deliver savings, they cost us an additional $4,500 in the first 4 months of service over our average Verizon bills. On top of that, they screwed up our phone systems completely, leading to a lot of frustration from patients and staff. Stay far away.

This company is terrible. They have zero customer service, the services they provide garbage. Constantly down, the 24hr support number was actually a answering service. Left my ambulance service without phone service 11 times in first 10 months. For periods ranging from 4 hours to 48 hrs.

Avoid like plague, they are terrible. Their services are nonexistent, phones go down constantly. Call to complain you get nothing but excuses. So called 24hr support is actually a calling service who will pass along your complaint.
