Exceptional Diagnostic Skills!Took my computer to Best Buy's Geek Squad for repair, only to be told that my computer was "Shot"...that the "mother board" was cracked...All without even looking at the computer... I was offered two suggestions...1, to purchase a repair plan, or ,2, purchase a new computer!I took it to Hylan Computer Repair, and it took him less that 10 minutes on his diagnostic equipment to find and explain the problem and the the solution for repair...A True Craftsman with Integrity!And the repair cost was Very reasonable...just a little bit more than the price of Best Buy's repair plan, which couldn't even guarantee a positive outcome...

Just sent my wife over there to take my PC in for a wifi adapter issue. Within 10 minutes, he figured out the problem and had everything finished before he closed. This is definitely a great place to go to if you’re having computer issues. I highly recommend!

Went today, after a quick phone call yesterday. He was a true gentleman, honest and could not have been nicer. Very knowledgeable and as it turned out there was not a real problem with my laptop. Would not even charge me, as he felt there was no work involved. Would give out his name to everyone I know if they need assistance with computers. The reviews he has gotten are all true. Great repair!
