I'm 29 years old and this was my first experience with in-person tax filing. Before this, the IRS rejected my application when I did it online. Sashi made everything seem like a breeze. She was nice, courteous, professional and fast! I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. She made sure I understood everything. I will go to her next year and beyond. She made the entire process so easy and all the anxiety I had went away. Thank you!
