I made a reservation online. I've got a confirmation that I will have a car. I came all the way from Brooklyn, and they said they don't have a car for me and they did not want to help or give me a different vehicle, the worst place to go. I don't recommend it!!!!

I’ll highly recommend this location. I do a lot of travel and I’m a Presidential Circle, but at this location the service provided by Garett was best ever Hertz experience. Service agent like Garett are the reason Hertz is best car rental service provider. Keep up the awesome work!!

Best Hertz Car Rental Team. Manager Garrett was very competent in accommodating me in my car rental. Tammy is always attentive and willing to answer my questions about billing. Dalharai always delivers the car super clean and odorless. best team ever. Best place on Staten Island to rent your car. competent professionals to facilitate your rental. I highly recommend it.

I would give -10 stars as worst customer service ever. The lady rolled her eyes when I asked why i should pay more for an upgrade when the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available. Clearly, they are running a bait and switch operation and then tried to sneak in insurance charges 2x when I told them 3x my CC will cover property damage. Dirtbags…

I reserved a car days in advance. I got to the location 30 mins early only to find out they had no cars and didn't know when they would. I was forced to call customer service then drive to NJ to get a car for our trip that evening.

My go to place to rent a car is Hertz on Cary avenue on Staten Island. Tammi is so respectful, courteous overall a great person, she makes all my rental experiences extremely smooth with a smile and a great sense of humor !!!!!!
