I called the irs to find out when i will get my refund and was told a mistake was made by the tax preparer i went there in tears and Ms Heath yelled pointed her finger in my face saying i confused the irs agent meanwhile the irs is telling me why she sees in the computer Ms heath was nasty and rude meanwhile I'm the victim,very unprofessional and it was anybody else she wouldn't be talking to them like that because somebody would've put they hands on her never going there again and didn't get my refund still and was told I'm not going to get anything and to thank my tax prepare,Thank you Heath Tax.

I've known the workers in here for years. EXCELLENT people so Kind and Knowledgeable. Taxes always done great and they dont kill your wallet to do them they also do Notary and Defensive driving classes. Highly recommended. Nice waiting room and office.

i picked up a package at 558 richmond rd due to ups drop of/access point. this will not work for me as most days they close at 6 or 7 when i a leaving nyc job. I dont think ups cares who is the access point they just have limited space in their warehouse. The previous rosebank pharmacy refused to take packages after black friday sales. I had to park up a hill and walk a few blocks to get my package as the street is one way. It's not going to work and I don't want to chase after my package like rosebank pharmacy who was so mean and created a mess. It also says they are a tax service but no one was in there but a lady holding ups boxes.No taxes going on here. Office is small dingy storefront.

So they are a UPS access point, I came to pick up a package at 10:48, their hours start at 10 but the store was still closed. Someone didn't get here until 11 to open the front gate.

Very unproffesional. ......the owner us very rude i have been going here for 4 months and the workers there are very nice until i met the ownder she is nasty and rude and surly does not know how to run a business. ...i pray for u its not good to be that angry
