Thieves and liars working on the New York Lottery machine! They think they can get over because people don't like to read and count! Tried to give me $5 for a $10 winning scratch off and acted like they lost the receipt and tried to say they gave it back to me but I showed them my pockets were empty and then one of the three guys gave me the correct $$$$!
