Visit the store on a Friday July 12. The next day after a long day of shopping, I went through all of my purchases and I realize that the store staff left the security EAS tag on that piece of closing. I called them to offer any way of help I live over 2 1/2 hours away they basically told me to Google it or try a store to take it off.

The store at Staten Island (Empire Outlets) was poorly managed and staffed, leading to me injuring my wrist due to a fall caused by a mopped floor unlabelled (no sign) and no immediate assistance. Additionally, there was no sympathy from the manager (not even an apology) for what had occurred.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The customer service is despicable. All of the staff members said the store was closed although it was 8:47 PM and they close at 9. Well what can you expect from ugly poor girls who are lazy.
