I used Grand Oaks Funding for my home search and the entire team was just outstanding. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Glenn, Craig, Chris and the entire team.Before choosing a real estate agent, as a first-time home buyer I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice for my needs. Chris’s team stood out as the best!Stepping into this I was a bit unsure and hesitant, I didn’t have a clue about the process and did not want to be taken advantage of. Any questions I had was answered in great detail. They all made themselves available to me at most times answering my endless and sometimes repetitive questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they have sold, how long listings typically stay in this crazy market, and providing tons of information.They were also very personable which was key to me, they listened to my needs and tried to find listings tailored to what I was looking for. They’re also a one-stop shop! I was able to also get my mortgage from Glenn and was gifted with a beautiful bottle of home-made Italian red wine; of my choice after closing. I was also gifted with a beautiful basket for my new home. They were also able to provide me with an excellent real estate attorney.Craig was the one that took me to all the listings and he was just absolutely incredible and patient. He provided me with much needed information and was able to secure the deal in order for my to get the top bid on my new home.I've recommended Grand Oaks Funding to everyone I know. They are all true professionals and genuinely nice folks. I started my homeowner journey during June of 2023 and completed my journey by purchasing a home on 13 September 2023.Like a lot of things in life, This is a process when it comes to purchasing a home. The Grand Oaks Team were exceptionally awesome! A combination of expertise experience and pure teamwork helped me to get my own home in NJ.If you are looking for a property utilize this company and their team will get you where you need to be! They are very knowledgeable in all types of loans to include Veterans Administration (VA) home loans (which I utilized). Whether it be a dream home or an investment property Grand Oaks will make it happen for you! (With one caveat.... You must do your part and get all the required documentation that they require...Furthermore, if you do it with a sense of urgency things will happen faster as far as the mortgage process to closing is concerned) My experience was a bit stressful at times but overall it was a smooth experience. Simply put, their staff, associated companies as other supporting elements all work as a combined team for your success..Use Grand Oaks!!!!!

Chris and his associate, Jeremy, are extremely efficient in getting the loan process done effectively and are caring knowing timing is everything as well as the stressors when going through a life changing situation.
