I asked the employee if there was hot water, they told me that there was, I threw in my things, poured in the laundry detergent, but there was no hot water.
When I asked why there was no hot water, the employee of this eatery smiled sweetly and shrugged, continuing to go about his business.
They lie and don't blink an eye.

This review is only for the self-service laundromat and not for the dry cleaning portion of this business. Unfortunately, a huge portion of the available space for using the washing machines and folding area was completely overwhelmed with heaps and piles of items that customers haven't picked up as well as assorted clutter, broken machines, and laundry baskets that have no where else to be parked. The dryers are a whole other disaster area since they're stuck into a cramped little room in the back of the store with hardly any space to work. The whole place just looks terribly neglected and depressing. Have zero plans of ever doing laundry here again even though it's a fairly convenient location to my house.

MomAnd pop shop. Machines still use quarters l. Tailoring is quick, cheap and to the point. Other places want $35 to fix pants Grace doesn't for almost nothing.There's no luxury at this laundromat but it get the work done.

I brought my Levi's black denim jacket here to be pressed. When I came back to pick it up, it was still wrinkled. The woman at the counter offered to press the jacket again. When I returned to pick up the jacket again, it was still wrinkled.

Good prices. Went to 4 other cleaners because i needed my clothes by Sunday and grace was the only place that could do it for me. Will be going back every week for my dry cleaning

Grace has good prices. This place has been around forever. After reading the other reviews, I must also agree that the inside looks kind of funky. The inside of the shop is dim 'n kind of dusty. Make sure you thoroughly inspect whatever they hand back.I'm giving Grace 3 stars cuz they perfectly tailored a shirt and agreed to re-clean an item that didn't seem clean.

This place is trying to price gouge me and hold my items hostage if I don't pay, they usually charge us 50% of what they quoted us and I am not ever going to this place ever again and I am making sure to tell everyone I know about this

For one there is no room to fold. The place is not clean -- who knows what you can catch. The machines are not well maintained. And during this COVID episode, access was minimal and could not wait with wash in machines. Had to come and go. In the end, only drop off service. The laundromat was essentially closed to public unless you paid the ridiculous rates for wash, dry and fold service. This laundromat abandoned it's customers! No more Grace for me!!!!

Brought my daughter's prom dress in to alter the front. She proceeded to remove the train from the dress and told me would fix it by going to Jo Ann fabric and get material after saying that if I bought another dress she would reimburse me. Customer for 20 years. Not any more .

This is a dirty place and Grace is quite rude. I waited several weeks for my sweater and pants to be hemmed. Every time I came in Grace had an excuse as to why the alterations were not complete. Why make a promise to someone when you provide them with a pick up date and cannot meet that deadline? The last straw was today when my partner and I came to do our laundry, she asked us to leave after we put our clothes in the wash and wait outside for 15 minutes! We asked if it possible to have a discount for the inconvenience however she stated, “No discount my driver is out and I have to do extra work.” This is not our problem and once again she has the nerve to expect loyal customers to put up with this bs!

I've been a loyal customer for over 5 yrs. Today in the middle of doing laundry my friends who were also doing clothes were asked to leave while Grace ran to her dry cleaner to pick up because her driver was sick. She locked up & had us wait outside for over 15 minutes. She refused to atleast extend a courtesy to discount our dryer fees. This goes to show as long as you're spending your hard earned money come on in but if I inconvenience you just deal with it. Also brought my girlfriend in the past to have a sweater tailored which took way longer than promised. Good luck Grace but any success you have won't be from my contributions. Taking my business elsewhere!!!!

Would not return here, Grace left the store, locked up, during open hours, we waited outside for her to return. I had quite a deal of laundry, thinking she would apply a small discount for the wait. I own a business and would do this and have for any inconveince, not so here. It is dirty and she is cheap a ffffff

if I could give this place zero stars , I would. They gave me my clothes mixed with strangers clothes. Not just one or two items, I could understand that but I had to bring back an entire garbage bag full of clothes . I was missing a lot of clothes as well, which I never got back. I will say, after my husband demanded our money back, they eventually did. But as far as dropping off laundry here- never again!
