Worst experience in in my life. Never meet promised dates, never call the customer to explain delays, and make a mistake in the order. As a result instead of 2 weeks, it took over 8 weeks. Missed a date of important date for a gift. Horrible customer service. Even after all never expect a refund for your order even if they completely made it wrong.

Brian and his team are great!!! I have been buying from them for years. I have purchased items in stock and have also had custom designs made for me. Everything from nameplates, engagement ring, wedding ring. Goff is my one stop shop for everything! Best of all this family owned and so nice to deal with.

amazing fix on my earrings! the stick on the stud earring broke off and they fixed it within a week for me, for only $25! the earrings were CZ so under a regular sodder they would've melted, but they have a laser sodder and it was perfect!♥️

I have nothing but praise to say about Goff Jewelers. I learned today that they have been in the S.I. Mall location since it opened in 1973. I’m sure the founder Murray Goff would be proud that his family still provides the same type of service he did, one based on trust. I appreciate the recent transactions done with Brian, Steven and Ruthie. It looks like a high class place, but they are a down to earth Mom & Pop business and makes one feel more like part of the neighborhood than doing business. I felt instantly that I could trust them and highly recommend to buy or sell.✨

I contacted Brian via email about fixing my ring at about 1am. He responded within 5 mins and I knew immediately that I could trust him. I went to fix my engagement ring for a missing stone, and he showed me a picture of how bad the inside of the band was and had to be replaced. They did a phenomenal job and gave me a very fair price for a new band. I love love my engagement ring!!! It looks better than the original. Thank you so much Brian and to your wonderful staff also! Everyone is so professional and really nice on the phone and in person. 11/10!!!! Thank you again.
