I went here to have my tennis bracelet appraised. With only glasses on she was telling me how so many diamonds were cracked, chipped and poor quality. For a photo appraisal, she would have to send it out. No...Then she used the eye piece. Showed me, looked fine to me. Compared mine to others bracelets they had. She told me to go back to macys and demand a better quality bracelet. I went to Goff jewelers instead. Treated excellently. Appraised my bracelet with photos, without comparing it to other items. Told me it was a very good quality. Not the best buy very good. Treated us with respect

I absolutely love this jewelry store and each person I’ve encountered since first going there. It’s difficult to find a jewelry store that you can trust nowadays but I’m happy I found this place. They were attentive to my needs and I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” something; I felt like I was having a true conversation with a friend about what I was looking for. They said they’ve been around for over 20+ years, and you can see why.

My girlfriend and I started buying jewelry at Giorgeos in the StatenIslandMall well over 15 years ago. We have bought baptismal jewelry communion jewelry confirmation jewelry birthday jewelry and our engagement ring. We were charged $4500 for the engagement ring. We received an official appraisal indicating The ring was worth $4500. Unfortunately the engagement was called off. When my girlfriend and I went to try to sell the engagement ring there wasn’t a jeweler that would buy it from us. We were told it was nothing more than a Macy’s department store diamond ring. You could imagine our disbelief. Over the years we have come to trust Al and Emily that they were in fact taking good care of us. When in actuality, we were being ripped off. I would never buy another piece of jewelry from that store. God only knows how much money we’ve spent on worthless pieces of jewelry. It’s important that I put this review out right before Christmas because I don’t want anybody else to be taking the way that I were taken by Giorgeo’s Jewelry store in the Staten Island mall and by Al and Emily.

Can't say much for the quality of the jewelry but when I walked in to look at some ring settings the guy was just on his phone the whole time and didnt acknowledge me.

Fist and for most their jewelry is way over priced. I've been in sales my entire life and their techniques are subpar and unethical. BTW they ruined my credit. I inquired about a price of jewelry and also a line of credit. So when it came to the credit line they decided bc I was somewhat interested in a piece in their store they thought it was ok to run up my credit line with out authorization as a down payment and then tried to force me to buy the piece I was somewhat interested in. So when it came to reversing the charge I had to jump through so many hoops that now I have negative payment history on my credit which the bank holder (Jewlery Reserves/Citibank) refuse to remove off my credit report. Their response was bc it wasn't I bank error they can not do anything about the history. All the merchant needed to do is call their bank and reverse the charge. But no!!! They made me come back 5 times bc the gentleman handling financing wasn't in. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to pick up a phone and notify the back no jewelry was taken and reverse the charge. Now I have to jump through more hoops to have this corrected. Pieces of trash!!!!! From the bank to the sales reps. I did not deserve this and this is the treatment that I'm getting!!! Don't every but from these people in the Staten Island Mall

I like dealing with everyone in there. They make you feel comfortable and the best is they do not put any pressure on you to buy anything none what so ever. They are friendly and overall good kind people to deal with. I will definitely be doing and giving them more of my business. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.
