This place is a staple for auto repair on Staten Island and they don’t just do transmissions!!! I have been going here for years and they’ve done all kinds of work on all of my vehicles. They are experienced mechanics who actually care about their customers. The work that comes out of this shop is top notch. Carl at Gibraltar is friendly, accommodating and professional.Every step through the of fixing the car was straightforward and the cost of repair were very reasonable.The car runs like a new car after the service.I recommend anyone to Gibraltar.

Very nice to deal with - took time to explain what needed to be tested - also explained the importance of removing leaves that make way to under hood and the possibility of water not able to drain out due to blockage - water then gets into computers which is very costly to repair/replace. Great Lesson!!

I've been meaning to give you a review, but I was let go from my seasonal position at Amazon Warehouse, and have been super busy looking for employment.Carl, you went above and beyond your job with my BMW Z4 3.0I Roadster. Everything was done perfectly at a awesome price, in an awesome time frame. You're a very nice guy to talk to, so customer service is great ?. Put my registration sticker on for me, and a few other things other shops would've charged me for, or wouldn't have done it for free.
