Was referred to Richard by a friend. Been waiting a year to get a simple watch. Every few months I get the same generic text that they're working on my wishlist. Was told they take into account special occasions ad wait time and buying history and they see the best match. Seems like they're playing the game and just need me to spend 50k to get a watch. This industry is trash. How do people work here knowing they are playing and lying to customers. Crazy.

This is my go to jewelry store. My family has been using them for years. We started visiting them and purchasing all of our jewelry and any jewelry repairs since they were in Brooklyn..So kind, so professional and I get treated like family. My favorite thing is when I walk in they always ask me about my momma.Thank you for your service all these years.

We have definitely discovered a gem in Staten Island, the associates are so nice and passionate, we have purchased diamond rings and watches and we love their work. When I want to see jewelry they are the first to come to mind.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have gorgeous pieces in the store and staff can answer any questions on any pieces. They follow up with you to assure that you are satisfied and have any other questions.

I walked in, with a little knowledge on diamond, I was met by Alana, whom had the most pleasant demeanor and showed confidence. Alana took her time in explaining, in detail, every single thing about diamond, clarity and such and by the time she was done explaining, I felt very confident in picking the right and perfect ring for my fiancé.Alana also recruited three other staff just to help me pick the right ring. They all were pleasant, knowledgeable and very very patient. Just to illustrate how much time Alana and her crew gave, I was on my second bottle of Perrier water (which is complimentary) and we had seen about 5-6 rings, 3-5 different settings and diamonds.I mean, the service was hands down amazing. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything. It had a sense of family and genuine joy. When I brought my fiancé back to the store (they ask you to come back so they can adjust the ring, if needed, and give her instructions and a cleaning kit.)

The whole team here at Gerald Peters epitomizes the definition of class and professionalism. I've met and worked with both Gerald and Peter and was so pleased with my experience that I brought my wife in to look for a pair of earrings. Anna was able to help her find a set that she loved. Really can't say enough about how great my experience has been, I encourage everyone with jewelry and watch needs to go see them.

At Gerald Peters you don’t need to buy the five-figure high-end luxury item to be treated with first class service. I purchased a Tissot watch from Richard and he got in touch with me twice about my order on days the store was closed.Just bought another new watch from Richard for my anniversary. It was a pink Tag Heuer. As is always the case, the service I received was top notch and the team at Gerald Peters made my wife happy.

Always a great experience at Gerald Peters. The staff is always so friendly and attentive and super helpful. I have worked with Alana a bunch of times and she is so wonderful in helping select what I am in search of. She always knows what I need even before I do. I would absolutely recommend coming here and seeing for yourself how great of a business this truly is. Class act store!

I recently had a great experience at Gerald Peters, a recommendation by a friend who introduced me to Richard. While I did have a certain style in mind I wasn't fully set on it. Richard took the time to provided insights of each timepiece and allowed me to look through the collection before I made a decision. Richard was great to work with through out the process and made sure I found what I wanted. Happy with my purchase and already looking forward to making future purchase with him again. Highly recommend!
