Might have caught them on an off day but it seems as if the guy who helped me was very dismissive. When I questioned him due to the fact that I have no Plumbing he was very short and abrupt with his explanation and even misinformed me. He told me I wouldn't need accessories that were in the box they are just extras. Turns out they were intrical in fitting one part to another. It has plumbing supplies and that's why it gets three stars.

My custom BBQ was leaking... found out one of the custom hose fittings cracked. Ordered a new custom hose but the manufacturer screwed up on the size of the fitting. Went to General Plumbing Supply and the guys in the plumbing department were very helpful in figuring out what I could use to get my hose to work. Took a couple of minutes... but came back with a series of pieces and they showed me what I needed to get it to work.

I have shower faucets and handles that were installed 13years ago. They began leaking and the website suggested a box store, which did not have the items, but did have the nicest staff member who suggested GPS. I liked that they had a parking lot in a very busy area. and that i was greeted so nicely. Showing a picture to Mr. David Waxman at the front counter ,he knew immediately what I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This is a great place and should I need any other plumbing supplies this is my goto spot.

What a wonderful experience! The store looked great! I just moved to my new home and needed a lot of materials, Lenny in the sales office was so helpful and gave the best recommendations. He is the go to guy for all your supply needs! Will definitely come back in the future.

Excellent supply house one of my first choices. The counter people are very knowledgeable and helpful the cashier is lovely the office guys are always available to help out and friendly the warehouse guys are always willing to load your stuff up a number one service

Dont know where to begin the service is top notch, the prices are the best. Bill Vogl is hands down one of the most knowledge well rounded individuals in the industry. quotes turn around almost instantly, deliveries always as promised. if you want to get what you need right away and priced right. give them a shot.

I purchased numerous systems and parts from gps at the staten island location . The salesperson Matt is very knowledgeable and helpful. He gets it DONE! prices were extremely competitive and everything I ordered was waiting for me once I pulled up. If you need anything hvac or plumbing related. See Matt at the castleton location!
