“This place is phenomenal. Gus and his team came through in a pinch for me. They set up my car to be towed there right near closing time. They took excellent care of my car and kept me abreast and updated of their work the whole time. They also were extremely knowledgeable and explained what work was done and what I could expect from my vehicle in the future. “Driving along 278 and brake caliper seized. Luckily the nearest garage turned out to be Meier’s Corners Service Center.
I’ve been hearing horror stories about 2+ week wait times on service.
I explained was on cross country road trip and they fit me in. Found a place to stay for two days and they had me ready to go.
Also cost half what I thought and then less what was quoted.
Old school garage, old school mechanic and my old school van, boom!

“I’ve been using them for years for oil changes, inspections. But yesterday I had insane issues with my jeep. It was so a lot of money (understandably and completely valid) that I couldn’t afford the entire amount. They were willing to work with me and showed compassion. Which is something I’ve never experienced in another mechanic. My Jeep is now running smoother than it did several years ago. I have NEVER written a review in my life - but I had to for this place. “Gas prices on par with the average . Multiple pumps — full service & self serv. Make sure to check price and sign first. Also has drinks , air fresheners , and various tobacco products needed in a pinch. The self wash car wash is great and a bargain for $5 . The only negative is the vacuum machines which are broke most of the time and will steal your money .”

“This place is my go-to for any mechanical issues! Joe and his guys are so awesome at what they do and they don’t give you the runaround or try to make money off of you. Always straight to the point. I own a Hyundai Tucson. My date and time stopped working last week. Went through a whole song and a dance at island auto group where I bought the car. They didn’t fix it. Took it to Joe this morning and it was easy peezy lemon squeezy! So if u’re in the Oakwood, new dorp, bay terrace area..the trip is worth it to go to to the Richmond road location.
