I was surprised and a bit frustrated when I found out that instead replacing The front hood and the front half of the roof on My hardtop convertible that the insurance company paid for, they used auto body filler, they collected the full $3,500 agreed price with the insurance company, I paid $1,000 deductible the insurance co. Paid the other $2,500. The way I found out about this was the repair became defective in both places, the hood and the half roof, the shop repaired the two dents again, Frank was full of excuses, first He said He saved My deductible, not true, second He said the insurance company paid for after market parts, also not true, He came up with other excuses, Implying somewhat as lack of responsibility, I've known Frank for $50 Years, worked with Him at the former Staten Island "Broadway Auto Body".

They are amazing! My mom's car was damaged from a hit and run and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made the process so easy from dealing with the insurance company, telling us exactly what needed to be replaced, quick turn around time for original parts to be ordered and delivered, and a phenomenal job of repairing the car! This place is amazing!!! They gave outstanding service and provided me with all the help and information I needed to get the ball rolling. Not only did they make my car look new again, they had it done faster than expected. More importantly the prices are very reasonable. Once the job was done they even had my car washed and had the inside detailed! I would highly recommend their services!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident close to a month ago and brought my vehicle to Fran Mar Collision for repairs.It was a positive experience from start to finish. I dealt with Francesco and his son. They both did an outstanding job explaining what was required to fix my vehicle. Deirdre was very helpful communicating with me while the car was in their facility.It wasn’t easy dealing with two insurance companies after the accident. I will never go to anyone else on this island for any car changes or issues, they are amazing!!! Frank and his family and his team are amazing and they do not play when it comes to customer service and ensuring your vehicle is looking and feeling brand new.My wife and I had a accident with our second car; Frank and his team took a little less than a month to fix the car (mostly because the parts came from a different country). The car legit looks like nothing ever happened, it’s incredible ! See the before and after photos for reference. Go to Fran-Mar Collisions and ask for Frank and/or Mike. You will not be disappointed !!!

I had a deep scratch on my car where the paint was completely off and you can see the metal of the car. Franmar was able to restore it back to how it was exactly AS NEW. I’ve been going for years for all of my needs. Most notably for a bad accident I got into where my bumper was badly damaged. Their experience and patience to try and fix it any way they can was very much appreciated. The BEST!! Polite, respectful, easy to work with, good communication about the work needed to done on the car. A pleasure to work with. The car repair was completed beautifully, no one would ever know it had damage. They worked within my time frame to complete the job. I cannot say enough positive things about Fran-Mar Collision.
