Needed some furniture for our backyard in Brooklyn, and read good reviews about this location. It worked out great. The salesperson was really nice, let us take our time, and we ended up finding items that we really liked. While it’s not the cheapest, I feel the quality and warranty made it worth it.

Shopping at the Fortune office in Staten Island was a delight. the service person Terri was very knowledgeable and helpful to make our decision with the outdoors furniture that we purchased. I would highly recommend this location and the sales person Terri. Happy memorial day.

The sales girl was very polite and courteous. She answers all my questions about the tree I was purchasing. Did not receive the tree yet but I am sure it will be fine. My last tree was bought with Fortunoff and lasted 15 years. It is still good but I thought it was time for a more modern tree
