Foodartfitness was one of the next experiences I had, not only was I able to workout but I was able to also take some boxing lessons which I have been craving for so long, and don’t get me started on the food!

Instructor is one of the best in NY , Serves was excellent , Very professional. My experience with my knee workouts helped me 100 % and Food plans was amazing
