“Grew up on Staten Island. I live on the West Coast now thanks to the Marine Corps. Amen. A family member had passed and I did not get the info for the funeral until the last moment. I found Boquet of Love florist and gave them a call thinking it was too late to get a lovely flower arrangement to the funeral home in time. However, I explained the situation over the phone, he gave me my options (which I was glad there were options), and in less than 30 minutes, for a very fair price, a beautiful and large arrangement of flowers found its way to the funeral home for the service/viewing (see pic). They actually received many compliments about their beauty as noted to me by my sister who was there. All I can say is that was an outstanding effort and the best florist experience I have ever had. “I’ve been fortunate to patronize this outstanding florist for over forty years. My mother became a customer in 1957. I love their store and all it’s beautiful arrangements. They are always very helpful and have even leant me tools to dig a hole for the flowers for my grandmother’s resting place across the street in the Moravian Cemetery. We live in California now so it’s a long way to travel but we always stop by for our annual visit. It’s nice to know you can count on something to be consistent in today’s world.”
