Was originally looking to rent storage space at Stop & Stor, which is two blocks away from the Extra Space Storage in my area - but after a change in price and the unit we toured being sold to another customer (even with having a reservation we pivoted to Extra Storage Space. The manager Kenny was super accommodating in showing us a similar unit and within 5 minutes we decided to take the unit. The pice beat Stop & Stor’s by at least $100. Save time and go immediately to Extra Space Storage if you are looking to rent a unit, skip Stop & Stor all together.

This storage facility is extremely clean and well kept. The man who helped me with my unit was so kind and informative. I was able to get a good rate online. I have no complaints.

Joshua was so helpful and sympathetic to my emotionally distressing split my ex who made my life a living hell moving out. He was willing to accommodate, extend dates and change dates. Just a generally pleasant manager that deserves a huge raise. Highly recommend this storage space for all your storage needs.

I am very unhappy with this place I have been a customer from day one since they opened and they told me that they were waiting for new doors along with a keypad entry for us to have easy access to our units after hours. I have spoke to corporate several times and they too assured me that the new doors and keypad were on the way to be installed. I had asked for discounts because they were charging me monthly but did not have the access I needed due to there hours of operations and to be closed on Sundays is totally ridiculous.

Extra Space Storage and especially Frank, the assistant store manager, has made the entire process smooth and seamless. From deciding on the unit to helping me move in, someone has been available to speak with at all times. They have been incredibly communicative and helpful. Also the location is so well maintained, I moved my stuff from a space that smelled like mildew and assumed that would be the case everywhere. Quite the contrary, it is newly painted and air conditioned. Couldn’t recommend Extra more highly.
