This place did a fantastic job fixing my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I had my passenger side door fixed and they had the best prices then all the other shops around. On top of fixing my door, they detailed my car before they gave it back!

They do amazing work. Received my car back quicker than expected and the finished product surpassed my expectations. Lisa in the office took care of everything including my rental car. Everything went seamlessly! Would definitely recommend!!!!Services: Painting

This was a HORRIBLE experience.I was robbed by this company. The tow guy recommended a repair shop to me and said that the towing would be free if I took it to Expressway auto repair. He also assured me that they can work on my Tesla. After dropping the car off, I spoke with a representative a few hours later who also assured me that they are certified to work on Tesla vehicles. After 7 days of me asking for an estimate and receiving no answer, they call me to say that they can't do anything for me and that I need to bring my Tesla to a certified Tesla body shop and that I was being charged for storage. They knew since day one that they were not a certified Tesla repair shop but kept my car. Also, How can I be charged for storage if I never received an estimate or update? No auto repair shop charges storage until after the estimate is given and the owner leaves the car there. Then they charged me to have my car towed out of their lot because they don't allow other tow companies on their property.This was complete robbery! I will never deal with this company again nor will I recommend or allow anyone I know to go to them for any type of business.

Brought my car here based on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did! I usually get really anxious about dealing with car stuff, but Daniel put me at ease and was very professional. I like that he wasn’t trying to keep my car in the shop for more days than necessary, and in the end my car looks immaculate. Lisa was also incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with getting my claim processed, saving me time and energy in dealing with insurance people myself. I think they also washed my car! It was so much cleaner than how I dropped it off and the interior was vacuumed. They didn’t mention it but I noticed and really appreciated the touch!

Danny did such a great job car. I highlyyyy recommend you go to expressway collision and ask for Danny. Car looks brand new, and it’s a lease so needed that brand new look! He already had the fender in stock didn’t really have to order any parts I don’t think. It’s quick service for all the damage done on my car. Go there if you’re in the south shore and get an estimate before you go anywhere else over here.

I don't even know where to start. I read the reviews chose this shop and my nightmare began. 1st pay attention to the # of reviews I missed it ONLY 15 at the time and all amazingly GREAT. How many years you been in business? 15 reviews ONLY!!! My weeks turned into months they milked my insurance for over $10000 I had to constantly hear about all their personal issues including who's out because of family member drug addiction. I was patient I was kind I was empathetic all of which just caused me a lot of frustration in the end. FINALLY pick up day. Parts not properly attached primer still in trunk dust still in the leather seats I had custom done door panel loose door handle loose door doesn't close properly 2019 Mustang they look like they just cut and paste how to fix it OWNER offered 2 way tape. UGH NO. Oh not to mention when I arrived he was dealing with another disgruntled customer. Had my insurance payments since June and July Paperwork for parts August and September so now have to bring to another shop to get it done right and file suit. REALLY DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER ..the cover was AMAZING the chapters in the book not so good.

This shop does amazing work. I got my car back as good as new. The inside and out of the car were showroom clean. Couldn't be happier with the work. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

They made a 2002 Mercedes SUV look like new. Fast service too - bumper repair done two days after drop off. Friendliest and most helpful receptionist in the automotive industry!

STAY AWAY....UNLESS YOUR CAR NEEDS VERY LITTLE WORK DONE..!!! Had an accident....car was not drivable...AAA came... I told the tow driver to go to a location few blocks away. But the (Breen Bros.Towing sevice) driver fast talked me to take it to "his man...becuase he'll fix it" several miles away. (They must have a deal to bring in unsuspecting out of town people) Arriving at Expressway Collision...Danny tells me it will run about $10,000 to fix if he could find the parts...He suggested to crush it and walk away. I asked him to go ahead and try to fix it....He said NO....not interested...no reason why. But I guess just LAZY and UNPROFFESIONAL..too much work.!!! The engine had nothing wrong with it...just a a punctured oil pan and punctured fuel tank... He also said there was a crack in the engine cradle and the engine could fall if we hit a big bump....??? On top of that while I ordered a private tow service to take it to my mechanic in Kentucky...they charged me two days storage fee. My mechanic fixed it a week for $1000...not $10,000 and oh yes...that crack turned out to be just a little SCRATCH in the grease on the Cradle. So stay away...from Breen Bros. and Expressway Collision

I’ve had 2 great experiences with this operation over a 3 year period. Beautiful work! Courteous people. Super fast service. Got the cars back in showroom condition. Danny and Lisa are terrific. They make a bad experience a lot more tolerable.
