Elizabeth is my go to person for every occasion! From dressing me when I was young to now dressing my babies for every baptism, holiday, event and everything in between, she’s simply the best. She has become like family. She is kind, professional and her work is amazing. Her taste is impeccable with a heart of gold! I highly recommend

Elizabeth is my go to person for all special occasions! She has designed everything from my daughters baptism to first birthday and communion dresses. She worked hard to create exactly what I wanted for her communion gown and it was truly one of a kind. I have never had an issue with her when I asked for something to be changed. She always accommodated any requests I had.

Elizabeth was extremely professional and my daughter had a very smooth appointment from initial contact to the purchase of the dress. We went in July 2021 for May 2022. Our first fitting is January. If you want something above average and custom go here! But give her the respect of a proper time frame. Cannot wait to see the final product!Service: Custom dress design

If I could give 0 stars I would. This establishment must believe their clients were “Born Yesterday”. I ordered my daughter’s communion dress in January. When we went for her first fitting several elements were missing. The owner said she would fix them. A week later we go for our second fitting and the dress isn’t ready and they turned us away...after I had pulled my daughter out of school to attend this confirmed fitting. Owner promised it would be ready the next day. The next day is the eve before her communion. I called ALL day asking when I could pick it up. They kept promising and ensuring it was being worked on and would be ready that day no matter what. They were backed up. I was understanding throughout it all. Finally, we get the call to pick up at 10:30pm. My daughter is now in bed and I won’t even know if the dress fits or not. We pick it up and it’s missing TWO elements. A tulle skirt overlay and rhinestone beading around the collar. The bow on the back of the dress is also different than what I ordered. When addressing the situation to the receptionist and owner they were arrogant and unapologetic. Said I should be happy I have my dress. After many attempts the owner refused to make it right and instead called me a psycho for verbalizing my dissatisfaction. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The owner is arrogant, insulting and disrespectful and doesn’t provide the services you pay for. Her work is overrated, overpriced and unfinished.

Any online children's boutique has better equality clothing and customer service. Try Zara kids. This place isn't it!!

Where do I even start? How is this mess still in business? It's beyond me. What a mistake I made. She claims custom suits and dresses...problem is she thinks people don't know her secret. Italia??? She's full of it. China people !!! that's where her stuff is from. She's a sham and I'm surprised no one knocked her teeth out yet. She thinks she knows it all and actually talks down to clients who can buy and sell her and her store over and over. Your a little rat. You lie to nice people, you cheat people, you scam people. How you sleep at night is beyond me. You should be ashamed at how you dupe your customers. Obv there is no shame in her game. But mark my words, your customers will have the last laugh. She's unaware of "the customer always right" policy. Well newsflash.... people are on to you and your all cash business. That's right people ....you can't use a credit card. So there is no traceable purchase. Do not shop here unless you want to get robbed. And don't try entering the store because you can't. She buzzes you in. Not because she's a high class boutique, but because that's when her tail goes between her legs and she goes into hiding. Similar to a sad puppy.

You Elizabeth are a thief and a horrible business woman if you want to call yourself that. Your lucky the only thing this mother did was call you the C-word. You are a liar a cunning piece of garbage and I'm so happy I didn't get a dress from you!.... you gave the run around over accessories imagine a dress! you are the epitome of trash!.. no class and lack of ethic.. I have never been to any dress store, high end or not and dealt with the lies and deceit and the stories that I heard from my friends that actually got a dress from you, are horrific!. The owner is a pathetic coward who lies and tries to sell you items on false pretenses. Then tells you, your seeing things. You are too much of a punk to even get on a phone you hide behind poor Angela who you use as a puppet!. Your store should be shut down! You are a disgrace! With dresses that feel like paper mache.. How your still in business I don't know.. 0000000000000000 stars
