This place provides terrible patient service. We waited 45 minutes. No one ever came out from the back to check us in or give us a status check. I’ve never seen such a terrible system.

Took my mother here for her blood and first of all, they dont answer the phone for appointments and secondly the girl had no idea what she was doing. She poked her 3 times by the third time my mother was in pain and gushing blood.. the bruise came out instantly and no one even bothered to apologize 10/10 do not recommend.

I have an insurance question. No one answers the phones at 2pm. Tells me to leave a voicemail. I won't be going there.
