This location definitely deserves an exceptional rating because of Dan and his staff. Dan you are a great individual who goes above and beyond for your customer! I had to shake his hand because not many people make the effort to greet their customers with high energy and a smile. It goes a long way. This will be my third time renting from this location and every single time it has been hassle free. Thank you so much for allowing me to enjoy a nice getaway with my family! For future renters, respect and patience goes a long way. Some days are busier than usual. Be mindful and trust the process. Again thank you Dan!

5 Star Service from this Enterprise Branch. Andrew who assisted me was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and got my rental vehicle ready for me quickly and efficiently.

This Enterprise office deserves five stars and more. All five employees were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate to my situation, and helpful. They acted as the middleman between me and the insurance company. They pick up the phone and take the time to explain your concern. I had a problem with my first car that they switched out efficiently without questions. This office is definitely worth the ride to renter next car.

Needed a brief rental due to a car repair and my insurance sent me here. Tim picked me up very quickly and was very professional and kind. He processed me through quickly and went over and above. Its worth noting that this location does hold a full $300 even when going through insurance.Great experience, especially when dealing with an unexpected car issue!

I was sent here by my car insurance while my car was in the body shop. I was picked up at the body shop by Tim, who then showed me the vehicles within my budget at Enterprise. Tim was amiable, professional, efficient, and made sure I left with a car that accommodated me. The whole process took about 15 min, super quick and easy. When I dropped off the rental, a different employee gave me a ride to the body shop to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he too was great. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend getting a rental here!

Very disappointed with doing business with this establishment. I am informed by the rental agent to return the vehicle by 11 AM so I dont get charged and extra day, since that was the time I rented it. I returned it after 4 days before 11AM. I look at my invoice and I get charged for 5 days. I ask the Manager and she rudely states since I received a small discount from my insurance company that I have to pay for the extra day. It was the total opposite from what I was told at the day of the rental. Too make things worst the low oil light warning came on. I was informed by the service rep not to worry and keep driving it, didn't feel safe. Make sure you get everything in writing.

On 6/28 Staten Island NY Enterprise on Richmond. My husband and I rented a car. We had put in reservations a month before. When arrived no car was ready. Did have a choice to choose from, in our choice range. So we received what they had given us . After waiting for it to be cleaned. On the road driving to our destination pocono mountain, it starts to rain. Notice that there was no rubber pad on the brakes. All metal!!! So that made it slippery.. not only that at night all the headlights were not working. (Now remind you we are traveling in the mountains. Couldn’t see anything, rain and no h.. at night. Every time we drove the car it had to be in daylight.. Wasn’t what I planned. Most of our time was driving back to our hotel at night. So we dealt with it until the return of the trip. We told the young lady that check the car back in. And she said let me see what I can do. She came back and said. We can only take $50.00 off. And then ask us if we wanted to buy the car. ???I felt like they could have offered us more money off of our balance.

This review is for 1852 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10310Used their service from around 5/21/23 to 6/1/23 almost two weeks or about. The service was very professional.I rented a 2023 Kia Soul, low mileage, and fully loaded while my 2020 Nissan Rouge Sport was being repaired from water and collision damage from a while back (Gieco $$$$ deductible)The vehicle was great, was clean, almost empty gas, (but they took care of me), brought it to TNS Auto Collision (an authorized Gieco service and Enterprise handshaking business) was smooth professional hand off and great experience over all.Later the following week during my vehicle repair, I recieved a call from Enterprise stating the KIA Soul had a factory recall warning they needed to respect and needed me out of the vehicle while they sent it to the dealership for service, no problem there, they actually came to my home and swapped the KIA for a 2023 Jeep Compass, fully loaded, with activated Sirius satellite radio...wow!This vehicle was better than the KIA, it had powered bucket seats, passenger/driver zone AC, sound system, sun roof, holy cow, so sorry we didn't get this vehicle first because we only had it for a day when TNS called they finished the work on the car 2 weeks early...lol (so sad here)As fate would have it, I'd thought I left my work parking pass in the loaner vehicle, It turns out my parking pass was in my vehicle, and I never moved it to the loaner vehicle.I've reached out to Enterprise on the terrace to apologize for the confusion, and my lack of control on my property, and bad memory.I especially appreciate Jenna as she was the one helping me the entire time my stuff was supposedly missing.So sorry for the confusion and I will update my review on Google for the agency.6/7/23 9:15amWent by the rental agency on Richmond Terrace where I rented the vehicle and personally apologized to the day staff for accusing them of misplacing my parking pass, they graciously accepted my apology in the spirit it was intended, no harm done.Thank you Enterprise rentals, I will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family in the future.

Car was nice..just suprised they didnt start you off with a full tank..less than a quarter..also why when u reserve a car its not there waiting for you..they always seem to have to wait for it to come from where ever they stash them..all in all not a bad experience. Just should be open later than 530 for people who work..
