HEADQUARTERS Let me say this first I was happy to that we finally got a dollar tree in our area here .BUT THEY rude staff had to mess it up the so called manager that hides I behind the one way mirror the one that doesn’t come out to help only give out orders to the employees to follow certain people around and tell customers how they should shop !!!!! NEVER IN ALL MY Year’s of Shopping HAVE I EVER BEEN TOLD HOW I SHOULD SHOP BY A TINY Chihuahua !!! Thank you but no thank you myself and some other customers experienced this uncomfortable violation and being followed around the store for no apparent reason as old as we are they are following the wrong people around I seen addicts come and steal from this location in broad daylight and left successfully because you turn a blind eye and follow the paying customers that frequent the store more than once a week I do thank you and now spend my money elsewhere!!!!!!

It's the dollar store so I understand that when you go to the dollar store you will get dollar store treatment. 5 employees on the floor 1 on the register taking their break while serving customers. Then I get to the register to put my products on the counter and then one employee on the floor calls and tells someone to get on the register after I waited behind 6 people with a lot of stuff. Man I love the way they treat me here like a whole celebrity being followed from isle to isle

The new manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate. He doesn't allow customers to use the bathroom. My family and I frequent that store quite often and we've used the rest room in the past. The new manager denied my elderly mother access to the bathroom because he said "doesn't let anyone use the bathroom" so basically can come spend your money but to hell with you otherwise. I will be contacting corporate.

Staff are friendly and working hard. But all the shelves are empty, staple items are always out of stock - frozen vegetables, bread, milk, etc. the healthy items are consistently not on the shelves. Over a month of no cat food or treats. I can afford to go some place else but for many of my neighbors this is the only affordable option they can get to. Very sad.
