Seriously, I wonder if you do not give any training to your staff working here, I ask your staff for a product and they tell me there is no product, I find the product while walking around the aisle. Another employee shows me a picture of a soccer shoe and I ask where I can find it and she shows me the team sports department and I go to the other end of the store at the other end of the store and there is not a single cleat there. It's a joke.

Horrible service / No Service.
Went into store to spend over $1,000.00 on an elliptical machine. Employees when finally found could not provide any information whatsoever on the product and or what delivery time would be. Take your money to a store that will appreciate the business. I was extremely disappointed with this store.

Literally THE WORST "customer service!" I come into the store for waterproof hiking shoes because it's snowing, and I REALLY need these shoes because I just got in from CA with only slides on. Finally find my size in the shoe I wanted (very poor selection for women's hiking boots compared to men's offerings), go up to the counter to pay, it's 5 minutes to closing, and I'm told "sorry; no cash -- we can only take cards because we already closed out the registers." This means they closed out the registers WAY BEFORE the store's listed closing time, and NO announcements were made to let customers know that if they needed to pay in cash, they needed to get up to the registers by a certain time. All they could muster was "Sorry (NOT a consolation!), but we can put them on hold for you." ON HOLD? After I WASTED time and gas to come out to this store and there will likely be snow accumulations by tomorrow morning that won't allow me to leave my house in the shoes I'm still wearing. HORRIBLE! Will NEVER come here again for ANYTHING. And THIS is why S.I. needs to replace these lame-ass stores like Dick's with a LEGIT sporting goods/outdoor rec store like REI.com.

Overall the place is good! However but when you get to the cashier be careful. She says buy one and get two free in the socks then the receipt says different. Paid extra $10!! Place is kind of over priced anyway. Better off at the outlets.

Never will order anything from these clowns again. they sent me the wrong sneakers. customer serice was the worst I have ever seen. I thought i was talking to mcdonals. I had to walk 10 blocks to fed ex to retun them. the worst of the worst.
