Two items from the shelf rung up $7-$10 more then the price advertised on the shelf. Then I'm given an attitude like it was my fault their employees packed it out wrong, or they got caught and I spoke up about honoring the displayed price.

We visited the pharmacy on Saturday and the pharmacist Daysi was extremely helpful and professional - she was able to solve an issue with my husband's prescription right away- Her professionalism will def make us come back and use this store again.

4 months in a row my prescription was sold out I called and went to pharmacy asking please can you order or fill prescription that I’m going on 2 week vacation. They told me first come first serve and cannot transfer script due to state law I need dr to send me script to another cvs or different pharmacy. Today is Sunday which dr is off so now I have to go 2 weeks without medication because I’m going out of country today . This is the 4 month in a row going without my medication shame on me doing business with this cvs . I hope your store closes . I’ll never use another cvs in my life .. worst pharmacy every and a filthy place !!!!!!! Miss Duane Reade

Today My last Time . Using CVS . I’ll Stick to private own pharmacies . Chain Pharmacy’s Cvs / Walgreens. Both I tried . Suck . CVS Honestly Curious if Pharmacist Or Assistance? But After Deleting my Prescriptions For 3RD Time . Refusing to take Responsibilities for there actions ? I had cancel my vacation . They again deleted Scripts . Girl refuse take Responsibility that she Deleted it again !! So has been nothing but Aggravation every month . Lines in store Are Ludicrous. Oh hold on phone be prepared 20 mins + on hold . Thanks for nothing But Aggravation!! PEOPLE take Notice ?There’s so many Privately owned pharmacies now . Opening up . Nothing better , On S.I . PRIVATE PHARMACIES #1 Delivery’s No problems … others you have wait for door dash !! ? ?????? StatenIsland Pharmacy’s !!!!!!

I'm posting a review because I really appreciate the great customer service at CVS Pharmacy at 501 Forest Ave. William helped me get my prescriptions and he was polite, knowledgeable, and always pleasant when helping customers. His supervisor Jaime Smith was also very kind and helpful when I had questions. I appreciate a great staff/team and I hope their excellent customer service is acknowledged.
