This place has gone down hill over the years especially the pharmacy. I came in and first of all it smells like cat urine when you walk in. I came in to pick up my daughters prescription and they give me her antibiotics and I ask the lady about her cough medicine, she said well the insurance doesn’t covered it, so your just going to assume assume that I can’t afford it because I’m on a certain insurance? So no one called the doctor to let them know that the medication wasn’t covered by insurance to even give the option for another medication. So then after a back and forth the lady checks and say ohh the insurance does cover it, so why was I told it wasn’t covered. You hire lazy people you get lazy costumer service!

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and polite associate assisted us at that location! Would definitely recommend and come back to store when need be.

Pharmacy worker needs to be fired. They have to hate their job that much that when asked about a vaccine threw an empty box of it and stepped with his shoes shouting can’t you see its empty. This is ridiculous and that person needs to be immediately fired!!! Disgusted of this behavior and will never return to that store!

The rude employee at the front of the store stepped in front of my path on my way to self checkout then proceeded to argue with me and my son when we brought it to her attention. I didn’t get to see her name tag because I was trying to diffuse the situation between her and my son but she kept on going back and forth with him when all he was trying to do was defend his mother. This employee needs to be retrained and taught how to be more efficient in customer service

I've heard inappropriate conversations when I've picked up my meds but this pharmacy is the closest to my house and I'm disabled. My nephew used to work here back in 2018 and said there was rampant bullying amongst female pharmacy staff. He spoke up and was threatened to be fired.

Very poor customer service.The minute clinic lady spent time gisting with a Man who probably was a patient. After several knocks on the door, she opened the door and kept gisting until the man left. And she rudely said that we should go to the kiosk.

this is one of the worst locations the attention is lousy if you need help they just tell you the number and that's it while they play it's their phone
